Foley House Inn

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Inn was beautiful and clean. It says dog friendly but if your dogs bark at all dont bring them. Walls are thin and you can hear everything. I know its an older building, so thats on me I guess. Breakfast was ok. Yogurt was not cold and eggs were cold.

Excellent parking on street. Linen/ bathrobes were excellent quality. Will go back.

The historical building is beautiful. The location is excellent. The staff is great. Being on the “haunted tours” circuit was unexpected and fun! All of the stairs could be a challenge for some.

The only negative was having to walk up 2 flights of stairs w heavy bags.

The location was great and we really liked the room design, but amenities was a bit lacking. I think having a little fridge inside the room and sone type of kettle or coffee machine to get sone hot water is a must in modern times. The bathroom also can use some upgrades, getting a good toilet, proper exhaust fan and nice large shower head does not even cost that much. Overall we had a good experience, with staff being very nice and breakfast is always a plus.

It is in a great location in the heart of the historic district.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The young lady at check-in was professional, friendly, and helped us with our luggage down the stairs. Love the location. The breakfast was very good. It is a lovely place. The carpets are older and really needed to be cleaned. The place does need some maintenance, particularly in the outside courtyard area. We had a really good time there, though, we will go back.

Everyone here was so helpful and always ready to suggest places to see and restaurants to go to. The breakfasts each morning were delicious and offered a nice variety of options. It was immaculate and very well cared for. We enjoyed getting to know the staff. Sean, Dee Dee, Chuck and Rebekah all made us feel like we were good friends or family and we felt so welcome there. We enjoyed staying here so much that on our way out to leave, we booked another stay for November and we intend to book yet another one when we get there for spring 2027. My husband and I have decided to make this our “go to” place every several months when we need a break from every day life.

The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. It was in a great location easily accessible! The staff greeted us anytime they saw us. They were very friendly!! We did not get breakfast, but it smelled amazing. There were cookies at 3 o’clock everyday and they were absolutely scrumptious! If you’re looking for a small friendly vibe very cozy this is the place to stay! There are rumors of it being haunted. We do not see any ghost, but we did hear some strange noises that were unexplainable in room 401 there were times where the vibes were a little weird at night, but all in all very comfortable stay! We will definitely be back!! The only bad part was climbing the stairs, but that just gave it that more of an small Inn feeling!

It was in the center of downtown Savannah, able to walk everywhere. That it was historic and the woodwork and hardwood floors beautiful. It was clean and easy walking distance to everything and it was located across from one of the beautiful squares . The furnishings and the buffet breakfast was one of the best .

Very convenient location; walkable to everything in the historic district has to offer. Staff knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

The room was very big and comfortable room. The jacuzzi tub was nice at the end of the day. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.
