We loved our stay! Staff was very friendly and the place is cozy. The free breakfast was good and the staff was helpful there as well. My only very small complaint is there were areas in the room that were dusty with cobwebs, and there was not a trash can in the room - only a tiny one in the bathroom. But these of course did not impact our overall stay which was wonderful!

As expected for the price.

We lived the location and the room was clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was good and we loved the room where it is served. Also, have a nightly wine and cheese for guests

Unique upscale hotel with old south charm and vibe located in the historic area of Savannah. Staff and amenities were good. Our room was comfortable but had visible signs of wear and tear. Our window view was the HVAC equipment on the building and the windows were very dirty. The breakfast and bar were both very good.

Location cant be beat Amenity fee is not proportional to the value received by the customer.

A beautiful old luxury hotel with a delicious breakfast included. A fantastic restaurant and bar on-site. Loved it

Loved the vintage feel and history. Not a bougie hotel and rooms not terribly clean, especially the bathroom. Major leaning in the rooms and hallways—flooring is like a roller coaster ride. However, for the age, it’s to be expected. It was haunted and I didn’t sleep for the entire 4 nights I was there. Several incidents. I didn’t know this fact til I was a few days away from checkin.

The building was nice along with staff. Location was nice too. Can get a little noisy at night from people and traffic on the Main Street.

Nice place to stay. In center of everything

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel for a weekend. Was a perfect location and valet parking is the way to go. Great staff along with an excellent bar/restaurant onsite. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a romantic getaway in a historic city.

The hotel and staff is amazing! Great location too! Only complaint was the 5:00-6:30 snacks and beverages were advertised as offering 3 different wines. However, no alcoholic beverages were served (although you could purchase in their club in the adjoining room). We were told the hotel was under new management and had to iron out a few wrinkles.

The hotel is a beautiful historic site with an abundance of Southern Charm. Excellent service staff whom appear to love their work! The location is in the center of historic Savannah. We walked everywhere, no need to move the car once parked. Valet parking staff are exceptional! I highly recommend!

Location The new ownership changed everything that use to make Marshall house a great place to stay. The breakfast and staff were subpar, happy hour with wine turned into 5.5 ounce canned soda. Very very cheap considering the extreme cost to stay
