Municipal Grand

We would have stayed another night if we didn’t already have the rest of the week planned! This hotel was everything you would have wanted! The MOST COMFORTABLE beds(we plan on staying here again and just plan on room service all day to bed rot) prime area for everything Savannah and the speakeasy in the basement is a must! The guest service at every point of this hotel was beyond exceptional. If the Old Pink House is on your list this is just across the street. We love Savannah for the southern charm and hospitality and this lived up to it. We loved having actual keys to get to the room and complimentary robes made it feel extra luxurious!

The bar downstairs is beautiful with really friendly staff all around. This place made us feel fancy for the week. So many thoughtful touches designed to elevate our stay in Savannah. Highly recommended and we'll certainly be back.

Municipal Grand is a wonderful hotel! We had a flight cancellation and decided to try it out for the night. So wish we had more time here to enjoy all the amenities. It rained most of the day so the rooftop bar and swimming pool were closed but they looked like a really cool place to hang out in the warm Savannah heat. All the room amenities are awesome except the prices for each item in the refrigerator. Wonderful shower and soaps. Nice comfy bed. What more can you ask for? The parking is an issue and valet is $55. a night. The outside of the building does not do it justice. Not as clean as a I would of hoped but step inside and see the bar and restaurant. It's a beautiful multilevel open concept and it is a refuge from the bustling Broughton St. We will definitely be stay here again next time in Savannah!

What a great stay at the Municipal. We traveled with two young kids and the location and hotel was perfect. Room was a good size and super clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was one of our favorite stays at a hotel. Incredibly creative, very helpful stuff from the time you walk into the time you check out. The pool was incredible, and The Room was amazing and charming. Super cute and such attention to detail. Loved it!

Loved the styling of the rooms and public areas. Rooms are dimly lit in entrance and bathroom and could use a nice magnifying vanity mirror.

The experience here was totally lackluster for what we paid. The rooms were nice and new however it was small, there was no room phone to call the front desk, zero service clean provided during our stay even when we requested it, and getting towels took an eternity. The sink had guck inside the sink hole it seems it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We were given garbage bags instead of laundry bags, forced to eat off tiny plates when requested, and met with attitude from staff just for asking to change dining tables at their restaurant for breakfast. The dining tables were being used to take pictures of dining plates for their social media account instead of serving people. To top it off, they handed us an incorrect receipt on checkout. Definitely not worth the money. Stay elsewhere.

Hotel is in the perfect spot. It’s close to all attractions. Staff is super professional and helpful. The bar was great and so was the food. 10/10.

Excellent visit - main bar area was excellent, as was the rooftop bar and basement speakeasy. Room was small, but well appointed. Customer service was excellent at check-in. Tablet in room to order room service, drinks, or have the valet grab the vehicle was a nice touch.

A MUST SEE BOUTIQUE HOTEL!!!!

The room was well decorated and very clean. The bathroom was beautiful just like everything else in our room. The best part was the cool rooftop pool area! We had a very nice time there!

Great property! We love Savannah and this hotel does not disappoint. The rooms albeit small are very well appointed. The restaurant and bar had amazing food and drinks. Great service and super knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.
