Unfortunately, the biggest downfall during my stay was the housekeeping service. My room was not cleaned at all from Saturday through Tuesday, despite me making complaints about it. I also had to request fresh towels on two separate days during my stay. I was advised that rooms are cleaned every other day, but that did not seem to be the case with my room, as it was not cleaned on Monday. I understand that housekeeping schedules can vary, but given that I specifically raised the issue, I expected the situation to be addressed. Overall, the property has a lot going for it, but the lack of consistent housekeeping significantly impacted my experience.

Went there for a tattoo festival. The location was prestine as well as the surrounding area. Highly reccommend!

Great location . Able to walk to all restaurant coffee shops and restaurants and bars .

Staff was new and not helpful. Breakfast and parking was not included in rate. Breakfast about $50, Parking valet is $52.

One of the best hotel rooms I’ve had. Large room, huge light up mirror vanity with desk, and large bathroom. The whole property was very clean, the staff were nice, and the location was perfect!

Hotel room was absolutely beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kinda sad they don’t have microwaves in the hotel. Also wish the bar had mo!@re food options.7

Had a wonderful stay, the staff was always pleasant and helpful when needed. I loved the ability for them to text me checking in occasionally and if I had questions I could just text. It was with walking distance to several great restaurants and events we had planned and really enjoyed our stay. Only thing I would love is if they offered free breakfast, however that was a minor inconvenience. The Bluestone Cafe was a great option for a couple of breakfasts though.

Nice, new property. Across the street from the river, one block from the famous Pink House. An overall great location in the Historic District — can walk everywhere. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Overall nice hotel however we were not notified that daily maid service was not provided. Apparently they provide every other day. The other issue we thought unusual is that more than one of the front desk clerks did not know basic information about the area. The pirate house is apparently about 3 minutes away and when we asked if it was close the clerk had no idea. We had the same issue about another nearby space we asked about.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. We traveled with our dog and they are very pet friendly. We will stay here again when visiting Savannah.

My girlfriend and I came to Savannah Georgia for the first time and we decided to stay here. It was a great choice. We are so glad that we decided to go with the Tempo hotel. It was nearby everything we wanted to see. The staff was amazing. The rooms were good and clean. No complaints on the AC. Overall, the hotel was great. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Convenient location

Perfect location! Close to all the downtown goodies. Rooftop bar was excellent. Bartender with the fun colored hair was super nice and accommodating.
