Property is in a great area for exploring River St and all things in the historic district. We were not overly happy with the cleanliness of our room. Water bottle found behind the bed (not from us). Underneath the tv console and the surrounding hard wood floor was months of dust and dirt. I understand that this is an old historic building which is what drew us here but it was so humid in the room. There was a dehumidifier but laying in bed at night we felt damp. The a/c was great at getting it cold but it was really loud during the night. The bed linens were always damp. The room itself had beautiful high ceilings and old antique furniture that made it feel special. Bed was big and comfy and bathroom was clean with nice towels. Free parking is such a bonus in this area. Debi's Restaurant is great for breakfast and lunch. The attached bar, Tandem, is great for cocktails. Loved the bartender (sorry forget her name)! Staff were all wonderful. We interacted with them on many occasions and all were so cheerful and hospitable.

The architecture and decor were great. Very convenient location for the waterfront and historic district. Awesome that it included parking.

The location is excellent, right across from River Street. Easy to walk, felt very safe at all times.

Cozy place that maintains its historic feel. Perfect place to be when you want to be in the city. Ear plugs were provided but I didn’t feel like we needed them. One of my favorite places on our trip.

The hotel was perfect in its location for the things we wanted to do and see. We didn't have to drive our car anywhere. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was kind and helpful. Debi diner was perfect for breakfast and a start to our day.

Parking was excellent.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay at Eadt Bay Inn. The hotel was so quaint.. we were greeted with free parking, popcorn snacks in our room and coupons for beer or wine each night at the bar attached to the hotel. Staff was great. Really enjoyed our visit. Safe and within walking distance of shopping, bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the Savanna area

Beautiful location, right across the street from from Emett Park. The Vietnam Memorial gave me goosebumps! My husband flew his drone through the park and got amazing footage of all of the memorials. Perfect for dog walks! The hotel has historical significance and they say they have a ghost there named “Charlie” (I think)…we didn’t see him though, lol. The rooms were beautiful. We stayed in one on the front right corner with park and street views. Highly recommended! We will return 💗💗
