The staff were incredible and the history of the building was wonderful to see and learn about. The property is in the most convenient location to all things on River Street. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful historic building. Super friendly staff. Great restaurants nearby. Vouchers for restaurant discounts. Would definitely stay here again.

I also had an issue with my room. I was forced to change rooms in the middle of my stay, and I did not get a good night’s sleep in the second room. The problem seemed to come from a misunderstanding: I had requested a later check-in, but the hotel interpreted that as me canceling my stay, which was not the case. As a result, I had to switch rooms during my stay, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and negatively affected my overall experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a historic feel while still offering the modern conveniences needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated being able to walk around the area without needing to drive everywhere. This is a great hotel for travelers who want to experience the heart of Savannah and enjoy the atmosphere of the riverfront. I would recommend River Street Inn to anyone looking for a convenient, charming, and memorable place to stay.

Valet manager was professional & handled the situation to our satisfaction but the Hotel Manager did nothing to accommodate. Would have appreciated something for our inconvenience. This definitely affected our stay & our opinion of the property

Great location for walking just about anywhere, staff was friendly! The Inn is definitely in need of some renovation as we had water leaking thru our windows/walls with a heavy rain.

Parking isn't easy in town and vallet ends at 11pm, plan accordingly. Also an odd layout to get to certain rooms due to the building's original purpose. Get past that and this place is amazing. Friendly staff, clean, beautiful, right in the middle of everything on the river walk. Broken keel restaurant is awesome right under the hotel, yes, under lol. The river boat tours are right outside. I don't think we'll ever stay anywhere else when we visit Savanna

Everything was good. Nothing over the top good or bad to report. It was a good stay.

Wonderful stay. The staff was very professional and helpful.

Great location. Beautiful hotel! Staff are all amazing!
-
Wonderful stay, just had a hard time sleeping with that street so busy with trucks and semis zipping by. Otherwise the staff is great, place is clean as a whistle and amenities are awesome!
-
Loved our stay!
-
Our only drawback was a track strip between the bathroom and foyer stuck us a few times until we learned to step over it. Beyond that nothing but praise. Staff was next level.
-
Such a cool historic building!
-
Will definitely be looking to stay there again the next time we're in town.
-
It was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the lack of parking, which isn’t the fault of the Inn, but still. I ended up paying $50 to valet park. Which was nice but considering the cost per night of the hotel stay, it would have been nicer to include valet parking in the cost.

Amazing in every way!!

Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very warm and the AC was not able to keep up.
-
The property was beautiful and well kept. The valet was polite and helpful. They never offered a name so I cannot call them out in praise by name. Some of the front desk staff was extremely polite however some seemed as if it was a bother to ask a question. This was sad because I have stayed here several times and never experienced this before.

The design of the hotel is beautiful, the amenities are great, the food is wonderful. The staff is well trained. It’s just that our room had quite a few maintenance issues.
