Location was great to be so close to shopping, food and the river. Beautiful property! If staying in a room with a city view, the street is very busy and noisy.

Enjoying the view from the Balcony was Perfect!!! You cannot beat the location!! This is the 3rd time I have stayed here. Also, the Reception hour was awesome and the Host was the Best.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The venue provided a manager's happy hour which was gratis. We enjoyed it. The venue was situated along the riverwalk so there was no on-site parking.

We loved the room and the air conditioning worked great! Would love to have had a tub and not just a shower.

We loved this hotel! It was so beautiful and such a refreshing change from the chain hotels. The layout can be a little confusing at first, but the staff was incredibly helpful, so it was never a problem. We actually had fun exploring the property! The location is perfect - right on the water and close to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

I love the history of the building and the architecture that is still there. I love how even though it was turned into a hotel you can still see the old parts of the cotton warehouse. Very well maintained for its age. We are locals and love Savannah and this hotel is a staple in the heart of the downtown district.

Appreciated & enjoyed the managers happy hr🍷! Also enjoyed the hotel Bootleggers restaurant where we got to use a $10 credit. Would recommend this hotel & stay there again!

The front desk staff at this hotel was amazing! They went above and beyond to offer recommendations, directions, and even threw in a couple of free snacks. Very warm and genuinely friendly people. The manager’s happy hour was a great benefit. We were glad to have chosen the River Street Inn and highly recommend it for the helpful staff. It is an old hotel, so the shower in our room didn’t have much pressure and was hard to adjust it to maintain a comfortable temperature. The walls and windows are not soundproof by any means. We could hear the partying sounds from River Street, but we had a front row seat for watching the huge container ships come up and down the river. We had a great time.
