Will be our home base when staying in Savannah in future. Loved it!!!!

Nightly reception, on site restaurants and staff. For a 3 night stay, we had NO view whatsoever.

he River Inn is a beautiful, charming hotel with an unbelievable view and a great location. The happy hour at the bar was very enjoyable, and the bartender was friendly and welcoming. The valet service was also excellent. Unfortunately, the staff overall were not as attentive or helpful as I would have expected. Still, the hotel itself has a lot of character and a wonderful atmosphere.

Amazing vibe, perfect location especially if you are planning to spend most of your time on river street. Beautiful property and super quiet rooms.
-
Clean room and very helpful staff. It’s a beautiful building and great location.
-
Staff was nice and welcoming Mold growing on the AC vent, beds were very uncomfortable, and the vehicle noise kept us up.
-
Location was perfect for 4th of July fireworks! The staff were very friendly.

Well maintained with excellent amenities. Loved the offer of complimentary champagne upon arrival and the afternoon complimentary drinks and snacks. Excellent staff. Will stay there again.
-
Beautiful historic hotel right on the river. Definitely good to get the river view room - you can watch the boats go by from your window. Generally comfortable and clean. Staff pleasant but could have been more helpful explaining the ins and out of the hotel, as it's a bit of a maze. It took us a while to figure out how to get around. I wish we had understood about the parking before we booked. There is only valet parking at $50 per day, non-existant street parking or a lot around the corner that does not take ins and outs.
-
Loved everything about the hotel. Wish I would have gotten a room with a balcony though.

Best stay ever!

-
Excellent location Friendly and courteous staff Comfortable king bed Humid smell in bedroom Room poorly maintained, you could see dust on vent Shower floor slippery
-
Nice and helpful staff Clean and comfortable room The only downside was the outrageous destination fees which added another $78 to what I had paid for a 2-night stay when booked with Expedia so be aware!
-
Awesome staff! Earlier check could have been useful for our stay but other than that everything was great!!
-
Wonderful place, clean rooms, the ones with the river view are amazing. Very cool place
