Wonderful hotel well located. Rooms were super comfortable and detail to toiletries was spot on - thank you.

Wonderful place. We will definitely return for a longer stay.
-
beautiful harbor and cobblestone street view. We watched the steamboat dock near us, porpoise fishing and playing in the river near us and then a huge container ship passed quietly being pulled by a tug boat. All within an hour. Lots to see and do. Can't wait to come back!

This hotel was amazing! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was just beautiful, with it's brick walls, great river view, large bathroom, and super comfortable beds! Wish I could have stayed longer! Really enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful hotel and staff was friendly but was not aware of a $30 a day "resort" fee, very disappointing. Loved the restaurant tho and the $10 vouchers. Also Loved the area, very walkable.

Very spacious and tastefully decorated lodge on the edge of large plantation. Common area is loaded with pool table, poker table chess table, slot machine, checkers, games, big screen TV & a very well equipped kitchen. Outdoor area has several grills to feed an army and fire pit and chairs. The owner of the property is very accessible by phone and extremely quick to respond to any requests. We are are a family of 3 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will be back!!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful during the check-in process. The daily manager’s reception (free drinks and appetizers) was excellent. The view from the room was very pleasant. I was somewhat disappointed with seeing holes in the wall near the baseboard in the bathroom. Other than that the room was very clean and comfortable.

We loved staying at this hotel and will absolutely be back again in the future. We loved having a balcony overlooking the river. The property is historic and charming. The price was reasonable, especially for the location and the level of service. My kids’ only complaint was that the WiFi was spotty.
