Right in the middle of everything. Super friendly front desk staff. Clean rooms. Quiet for being right on the main drag. Breakfast was excellent. Will be back next year :)

I have to say, I wasn’t expecting a 5 star experience here but this hotel was better than expected. The lobby is updated and clean. The front desk staff (Anita) was super friendly and hospitable when we walked in. We were two hours early for check in and she was able to accommodate us. The staff overall was friendly the whole time we were there. Parking was reasonable per night and the location was excellent. The room was decent. Somewhat outdated but clean. The Monday to Wednesday social happy hour was great (free drinks and apps) - loved it! Overall we had a solid experience at this hotel.

Excellent staff, they greeted us when we walked in. Guided us through the check in process and informed us of the evening social, buffet breakfast and shared with us options for dinner, based our preferences. The room was also excellent. Clean, furnished well, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bedding was very comfortable, including the soft linens, large pillows. Bathroom towels were soft and absorbent. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellence e pertinence and the location was close to the waterfront experience and parking was easy onsite.

staff was super friendly but a main elevator was out the whole time and we never saw it being worked on the 4 days we stayed. it was an inconvenience and the layout of the hotel is already unusual. great staff though and perfect location.

The location was great. The beds were super comfy! They put me in a handicap accessible room when I chose a suite. The first room hadn't been cleaned so we had to be moved to another room that was also handicap... the refrigerator did not cool. We asked for a credit but the girl at the front desk said she didn't know how to do that.

I have been staying at the Staybridge Suites for 11 years. The hotel is clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and easy parking.

They were very accommodating to ensure that my 94-year-old father was in an appropriate room that was easy to get him in and out. However, his heat did not work. Maintenance was called. It really wasn't long to wait but it was much longer than what they had told me at the front counter it would be before he got there and we only had limited time to go to the riverfront. I did not want to leave him in his room by himself until it was resolved. When the maintenance man arrived, he pushed the power button and it turned green and then just told me I didn't have the power on. I told him I was pretty sure that the light

The check in process was very smooth. The front desk was very kind and helpful. The rooms are little updated but well maintained and clean. Having full size kitchen was great. We stayed only 2 nights so we didn't cook. But very needed for a long term stay or when traveling with kids. The breakfast is uncluded and it was great, way better than the usual USA breakfast, more fruit options. The location of the hotel is also great, just across the park you have the river front. There is bar open in the afternoon as well

Loved the bar downstairs and the staff at the front desk. I thought it would be great because there was no fee to bring our dog, but the lack of cleanliness in the room proved to be a problem. Our dog just wanted to eat everything that she found laying around that was not cleaned out of the crazily outdated room. For instance, a cherry pit and a large gel filled vitamin.

Great location and a really friendly and helpful staff made this a nice place to stay. Beds were comfy with a free breakfast every day. It was nice having a full size fridge to store things and make ice. The hotel is close to River St. and Broughton St., both easy walks. The only negative is the bathroom size, it's really small. We had a City View room and with double windows there is still road noise. It did not bother us, but light sleepers be forewarned.

This was my second time staying at the Hotel and it did not disappoint. The location is great for exploring the city. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was very good for a complimentary breakfast. You many many choices of breakfast items and the staff was out in the area making sure that food was refilled to serve everyone.
