Perry Lane Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Savannah

Amazing hotel, staff are very professional and helpful - true southerners hospitality. Sadly, the hotel has a very strong mildew smell which they try to mask with excessive and unpleasant aromatics and on each floor. The carpets within our room need to be fully changed, it smelt horrible when walked upon, like sweaty athletes feet.

This hotel was absolutely amazing!!! Don’t think twice. Unlimited coffee and champagne, what more could you ask for? The beds and shower are exceptional. Car service, happy hour, it’s like a slice of heaven in Savannah! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A 5-star experience. Excellent hospitality. Location is great. Champagne and black car service within two miles. Bottles of water as needed. Drip coffee from Barista. These perks do come with a nightly resort fee but if they are used, it is definitely worth it. The only negative was the well-equipped fitness center aerobic equipment was not connected to TV or streaming services. You could connect your phone or watch. Minor inconvenience but surprising with how well done everything else was. Great experience.

Hotel is great! Room lacked a few basic amenities— no pen/paper, very few towel hooks, lacking plugs for chargers around the room. Some simple changes that would make a big difference!

Perry Lane Luxury Hotel was a very elegant hotel ! I enjoyed all the amenities also the restaurant!

Pleasant experience overall. Check in was easy, my room was clean and comfortable. The property is in a charming area, nice to walk around and shop. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious!

This was a very short trip, only one day, so basically in and out. I checked in around 4 pm, went to the room, and jumped in the shower, but no hot water was running. I took a shower and left for Dionner with a client. I informed the front desk about the hot water issue, and they said they would send someone to fix it. When I returned, I jumped into the shower again because it was about 100 degrees in Savannah, and there was still no hot water. I called the front desk. They promised they would fix it before check-out. Got up in the morning, went downstairs for breakfast, and before check-out, I took a shower; still no hot water.

This hotel is an experience, the minute you walk in, you feel so welcomed, you are surrounded by the best staff in the business. The rooms are unmatched. So thankful for this stop on our travel home.

The hotel is gorgeous and super comfortable but the thoughtful and professional staff truly sets it apart. Special thanks to Robert, Reign, and Christian.

1. Be more reasonable then $60 per day for valet, this is excessive for the area 2. Pool was cloudy and not totally clean. While nice to enjoy it has some deferred maintenance they need to fix. There wasn’t enough people up there for the pool to not be crystal clear. . The staff attention to detail was excellent

Wonderful welcome by Carter and manager Christian. Fantastic amenities, helpful and courteous staff from the valet to pool to hotel car driver. Cannot wait to return!

Everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were welcomed with champagne and the choice of rose champagne. The staff treats you as if you are their only guest, they take as much time as you need or wish for. Complimentary ride to restaurants and other places within a short distance that is still very worthwhile to use. Nice rooftop bar and seating area with a pool. Cool thing is the Photo Booth. We had a large corner room with nice seating area as well as seating area for make up or using it as a working desk. Complimentary coffee and other items for sale downstairs. If we go back to Savannah then we will go back to this hotel. Can’t think of anything as we loved it.

10/10 service. 10/10 overall stay. Would recommend. Would return!
