Hotel was nice. Need better signage. Marcus the bartender by the pool was amazing, friendliest worker there, entertained the entire pool. The lobby was dark, rooms were clean, paid extra for the balcony and no chairs out there. They should put mini fridges in the room. Overall pleasant

This hotel is extremely well located... I would say our stay was fine... bed very comfortable but room seems dated... staff in the eestaurant very friendly..

We ended up staying at the Holiday Inn a couple blocks away and we absolutely loved it there, it was extremely clean and the staff was awesome. Do Yourself a favor avoid this place, unless you like sleeping in dirty hotel rooms covered in mold, hair and filth…

This hotel is in the perfect location. You can walk almost anywhere from the property. The hotel is beautiful well maintained. The staff was fabulous. They went above and beyond and super friendly. The hotel has two great restaurants so you have options. Loved the pool small but comfortable. Great gym. This was the perfect hotel for my quick girl's trip. Only negative the hotel is very close to an active church. You will hear the church bells going off pretty frequently throughout your stay.

Location, stuff , service! People were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Room wasn’t very clean. Found some stuff under The dresser , also was dust in the closet. Also to have a minibar or mini fridge would be very helpful for 4 star hotel! Other than that it was good!

Everything was beautiful and so close to everything! We had a great time at the pool, and found great restaurants just down the street and did lots of sightseeing on foot. We loved the location as it’s nicely in the middle where the first day we explored down to the river, and the next day out the other direction to Forsyth park etc.

Great location, elegant lobby. The concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful. The pool and fitness area was closed for scheduled repairs during our stay (in the peak of summer) and we were not informed in advance. It had been closed over a week before we arrived! We were offered breakfast vouchers after we complained but even those didn’t cover breakfast for 3 in the restaurant. The bathroom needed repairs/maintenance-the shower head was held on with caulk and the enamel on the bathtub was flaking off.. The front desk staff were not very helpful.

The hotel is located in the nicest area of the city, and that’s the only positive thing to say about it. First of all, I booked the hotel mainly for the pool, which unfortunately was closed during our stay. No one from the hotel management informed us in advance, and we found that on a note left in the room. This led us to spend significantly more money booking the pool at other hotels, as the weather was so hot and humid. The hotel is far, far away from what you would expect for a 4-star place. The bathroom is old, with rust on the shower shelf and, generally speaking, outdated. I do not see the reason for booking a room with a terrace when not a single chair, not even a small one, was provided, making the place absolutely useless. The only positive, beautiful thing about the hotel was the lobby, which, up to a point, was nicely decorated. As we were coming from Europe, we didn't know that we had to leave a tip for housekeeping staff daily, which led to the staff emptying only the bins, changing the towels, and not making our beds, etc. They either left a bleach bottle in the bathroom, which we found so rude. However my partner paid the cleaning staff online at the end of the visit. Upon arrival, the receptionist was quite rude and unfriendly, making no effort to welcome us to the city. The bed was comfortable, but that's all. I truly do not recommend this hotel.
