Hotel Bardo Savannah

The dish cable repeatedly went out and the included breakfast was disappointing.(coffee and muffins) Valet parking is expensive $60 a day

Evelyn did a great job keeping our room clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the A/C wasn’t working well, which made the room too warm for summer. The hotel was quiet, but the included breakfast was disappointing—it only offered coffee, tea, and muffins, and we expected more.

The service is next level! The pool setup is incredible. The servers and food incredible. The grounds are beautiful. The room is clean and they come twice a day to make sure you have towels and do straightening and turn down. The food next door at St B is exceptional. Hotel Bardo is one of a kind!!! A must visit!!! Did I mention they have their own drivers for local rides? Did I forget to mention this hotel is in the center of it all?!? Not a bad thing about this place! Incredible!! Go visit!!

Wonderful hotel with excellent amenities. Location was amazing as well (much quieter and more picturesque than the area of downtown that’s closer to the river). It’s across from a huge grassy area and park that was great for our kids. Love it.

We fell in love with Hotel Bardo. It’s all about the details here and it is so special. When we arrived they put our car on their complimentary electric charger. Tyler greeted us at the car and was so genuinely welcoming to us. Our room was clean, comfortable and perfect. We walked to dinner and back, but the hotel’s complimentary driver was on hand to drive guests anywhere within 2 miles. Pro tip: if you have reservations outside the hotel set up, call ahead before your trip to arrange your drive as the driver can fill up quick. In the morning l, there is amazing coffee waiting at the Greenroom Bar and an assortment of pastries. You just feel at home here. I signed up for the Bootcamp exercise class and had trouble accessing the building next door to get in for class. Andres who was working in the Greenroom was the kindest and so helpful he urgently helped me get into the building walking me all the way to the classroom himself. The class was canceled last minute which was a bummer after a bit of back and forth trying to locate. I didn’t see the email a few minutes before the class saying it was canceled. Next time I hope 🤗. The gym was clean and has everything you need even cold towels await you at the end. We spent all day at the pool enjoying the food and drinks at Bar Bibi. We truly relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our experience. Thank you Hotel Bardo 💕 we will be back and plan to bring our pup we love how you treat the pups like every guest in the hotel!

This is a one of kind stay. Perfect for couples or girls weekend. It was pure luxury! The car service was truly amazing!

Beautiful property, amazing food and drinks. The staff was lovely. The rooms are gorgeous however I wish they would upgrade their bath/ shower products. The shampoo and conditioner had an overpowering scent and made my hair feel like straw!

We had the best experience at this hotel! The vibes are everything and I would absolutely recommend it!

Great pool area!

Room was clean but other than that this hotel does not deserve a 5 star rating. The staff did not tell us about the fact that there was a conference going on at the hotel. We were rushed out of the pool resturant and couldn’t use the pool because they put balloons all over the pool with weights attached to them. As well as the fact that the conference room took over the other common spaces too. In our room we could t open the blinds at all because there was a giant HVAC metal system directly in front of our window. And on the second night of our stay there were babies crying all night in the room next to us and staff did not do anything about it. When we checked out they tried to charge us a hidden “destination fee” and said it was for the complimentary workout classes, breakfast (which was just coffee) and amenities… I had high expectations for this hotel but it was not a 5 star hotel experience.

If the cost is concerning, I promise you, the price is worth it. Parking is a bit of a problem, but it’s a bit of the trade-off when this close to all Savannah has to offer. I cannot recommend this venue enough.

It’s the courteousness of the staff that is the most outstanding of the quality. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Overall this is a first rate hotel
