McMillan Inn Bed and Breakfast

We had absolutely the most magical vacation while staying at the McMillan house. If you’re looking for a short weekend getaway or even a weeklong vacation, this is the perfect place to stay. You’re within walking distance of almost everything in historic Savannah, but there’s free public transport really close by. My biggest concern is always parking because we drove down and we didn’t struggle a single day to find street parking right in front. The staff was amazing. My boyfriend proposed on this trip and I wouldn’t have picked a better place to come back home too then the McMillan in. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the McMillan Inn! The inn is beautiful, our room was cozy, and the breakfasts were superb. We loved the delicious snacks and baked treats, and the staff and innkeepers made us feel so welcome. It was the perfect place to celebrate our 33rd anniversary, and we hope to return someday!

Amazing breakfast, wonderful, friendly, and accommodating owners and staff! Will definitely be back here for our next trip to Savannah!

Chelsea made check-in effortless, and the beautifully restored historic home is full of Southern charm while offering every modern comfort. Our room was peaceful and comfortable, the pool was perfect for a summer dip, and the elegant dining room made each morning feel like a step back in time. Eric and Melissa are incredible hosts who treat every guest like family. Breakfast was a daily highlight—homemade with love and care, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. With easy parking, a quiet neighborhood, and an easy walk to downtown Savannah, Forsyth Park, and many historic attractions, the location is ideal. The McMillan Inn is more than a place to stay—it's an experience. We absolutely love it and can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible bed and breakfast experience. Room had a great ambiance and plenty of space for all our luggage and needs. The hosts have such great hospitality and love meeting new people, all breakfast meals were amazing. Abundance of information about savannah is provided to guests making one feel confident in finding things to do, but staying in the room and exploring the property is just as entertaining.

It was a beautiful place. Very clean and very historic. Owners were super friendly. Breakfast was so good! The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the location was awesome. The only thing that you need to know is that there are many steps up and there is no elevator. Their staff is more than willing to help, but if you can’t climb steps, that’s something to think about.

I would not travel to Savannah and stay ANYWHERE else!

Our stay was perfect. Just needed a place that was quiet, clean, with a hint of romance and the Inn supplied all three. Will be back when we can stay longer!

I absolutely loved the McMillin Inn. Me and my fiance stayed here for a trip and it was absolutely wonderful. The Drayton room was so fun, the staff was so kind, and the breakfast was delicious! I have a gluten allergy and they accommodated their menus for that! It was fantastic! I definitely recommend staying here!!

I could not say enough good things about this bed and breakfast! The room was stunning, the breakfast was excellent (fresh homemade peach pancakes for one thing), and the owners were gracious and welcoming hosts.
