The fire alarm in the hallway and in our room went off in the middle of the night and then the early morning.

Room was clean and nice size. Bar and lobby staff were very friendly. Parking situation was frustrating - only valet is available and the process was very inconvenient. Not enough room to stop to give valet information on a narrow street and then had to use a mobile website to register and call car. Just seemed unnecessary and could be streamlined.

Rooms okay no microwave in room no pool hotel appeared decent

Everything was perfect, the only complaint I have is that the AC was no noise that I couldn’t sleep because it. Besides that, all good.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location. The rooms were not very updated. The beds were not the most comfortable and the pillows incredibly lumpy

It was great. I really enjoyed the stay.

Staff was very polite and helpful. The first room we entered was on the 3rd floor and the entire floor smelled of a musty mildew odor. The room smelled stronger than the hallway. We asked the staff if this was to be expected and they offered us 4 options for open rooms on the top floor. None of the top floor rooms had this odor. Problem solved! Room was certainly well-cleaned. Beds were comfy. Bathroom needed some repairs: toilet handle was about to break (hard to flush), the tub drain was clogged and the bathroom fan was non-functional. The small fridge in the room was touch and go - sometimes it was running, other times it was not. It was a safe place to stay and it was close to SCAD buildings and downtown attractions. Parking garage across the street was not validated but very affordable. Pets are allowed in this hotel and dogs would bark every time a new person was walking down the hall. Be prepared for stressed out pups!

I will never stay at this Hotel again. They charged my card 24 hours prior to me checking in even though I chose to pay at check-in. The staff Jale (Pronounced JAY) working at the front desk was very rude and nasty. She yelled at me over the phone and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. The rooms are filthy. There was mold on the lamp shades, dried up beverage on the nightstand, built up dust on the legs of the bed, and dried up toothpaste on the handle of the toilet which is used to flush. The hotel water wasn't working upon check-in and Jale with her nasty attitude did not inform me of this. The evening bar was operational only 1 day. They attempted to charge for an option for breakfast but the option for breakfast was never available. The weights in the gym were broken. The only bright spot for my stay was a young lady named Ebony who worked at the front desk. She was very accommodating. Ebony changed my room after being notified of how dirty the first room was. She was also very helpful and informative in helping me navigate the city of Savannah. If I can upload photos of the rude employee and conditions of the room, I will.

Great room, great staff! You will need to pay for Public parking (garage across the street). Valet is offered from the hotel but it’s 30 dollars

Our stay was wonderful; the Hotel was located close to attractions and walkable to restaurants. Our room was very nicely decorated and clean, if we return to Savannah, GA we would definitely stay at this Hotel again!
