TRYP by Wyndham Savannah Downtown/Historic District

The room had a noticeable odor, especially when the air conditioning was running on a low setting. The smell triggered my migraine and made it difficult to stay comfortable. In addition, the room was not clean upon arrival, which was very disappointing. I hope these issues can be addressed for future

The sink was cracked, the tub didn't drain well, there were spots of the room that were not clean.

The room was poorly maintained. It was dirty, specialty the bathroom. The walls were paper thin. Very noisy. Staff wasn't much help. Do not recommend.

Don’t do it. Moldy nasty rooms. Best thing about this place is there is a parking garage right across the street and it’s cheap

My complaint was the parking situation- there is none. Forced $30 a day valet service and when I checked in the scene was chaotic and took a while. Otherwise room was nice and clean staff was friendly.

There was hair behind the bathroom door and around the toilet and the shower stopper was wrapped in hair causing it not to drain. We did have to wait 30 minutes for our valet car. There was a girl in the morning who had to be called and we saw her walk from the hotel across the street. Unsure why it took so long but the normal valet guy (Cleveland) was amazing.

The staff at the TRYP Hotel was outstanding! Ebony, Jay, and the other young lady and young man, whose names I do not know, were so friendly and extremely helpful to ensure comfortable accommodations. The only concerns that I had were that my first room did not have a microwave oven. I spent 3 consecutive nights there with that room and due to a flight cancellation, I had to request a room for an additional night. That room did have a microwave oven and for me, that made such a difference. My second concern was that there was no restaurant/ food service at the hotel. Aside from those issues , I was treated so well. My rooms were very clean and the temperature ( self controlled) was great.

Air Conditioner needs upgrading and small things like the bathroom trim needs wiping down. Paint needs touching up bc the room had a lot of chipped paint

The building seems old, but the rooms feel new. I love the layout of everything, all of the amenities in the room, the helpful staff and the cleanliness of the property

The staff were the best part of this hotel. Check in was a breeze. The rooms are dated and not as clean as expected. One bed had stains on it upon check in and we also received towels that were clearly dirty. The room we received on the first floor did not have a full window so the kids were not able to even look out and enjoy the view. The bathroom felt unclean and even my small child did not want to shower in it. We requested a new room and were denied which was disappointing. There is no pool. Certain photos included a pool, but they no longer have one. Overall the stay was decent. We would not book again.

Parking is valet only at $30 a day. Room was not clean, found coffee stains (at least I hope it was coffee) on the night stand. AC missing a screen so we sneezed and coughed all night.

Not as nice as expected. Our room had a problem but it was quickly changed out but at checkout the clerk was confused about why I was in a different room. I get the feeling this place needs lots of maintenance. The pool has disappeared, parking lot not used, and no breakfast because the kitchen is not working. Seems like nothing is working. I feel like it was definitely over priced. The hotel charges $30 for Valet parking but just parks your car in the public garage across the street. I parked in the public garage and paid $9 for the night vs the $30 wanted. Just not good.
