Overall, I really liked this hotel. It’s in a good location if you’re okay to walk up to 20 min. to the downtown area. We didn’t use our car really at all which was awesome. However they charge $35 nightly for valet and try to hide that there’s a street behind the hotel with unlimited free street parking / no parking rules. The hotel rooms are big (odd layout but who cares) with a kitchen if you need it. The pool/courtyard area is very cute. The complimentary breakfast is okay but at least it’s free and has a large variety! My main issue with the hotel is their strange every other day cleaning policy. We basically asked when we needed our bed made or more towels but never had a full cleaning during our 3 night stay. Most of the front desk staff and valet are very kind, but did have one member who was terrible rude / unhelpful. We also had a night when there were trash bags throughout the floor left out for hours. Even with these issues, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for you next Savannah seat!

Good pool and okay breakfast, but there was a fly in my coffee.

I stayed with my family of four. The hotel was very accommodating and clean. The staff was super helpful.

My bugs had flying bugs. Reported it ti front desk no one ever came to spray.
-
The room was great staff were great breakfast was great The only issue we had was they told us the pool was open but it definitely wasn’t clean enough to swim in it was almost green

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. Other staff too. Hotel was spotlessly clean, the room we had was very nice and quite close to city attractions. Nothing really- disposable cutlery , plates and glasses at breakfast maybe creates excessive waste. But otherwise everything was good.

The hotel lobby is clean and offers complimentary water, which was a lifesaver after walking outside in the summer. The rooms are clean. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are showing wear and tear. I liked the fact that the air conditioning was not an in-wall unit, so it was quiet and very efficient. The reason for the poor rating is that the elevators were not working, so we had to lug all of our luggage up multiple flights of stairs. Navigating the stairs with my luggage was quite difficult. Since the elevator is an essential amenity, I was hoping management would offer some extra loyalty points or a partial refund for the inconvenience unpon check in — they did not; the front desk gave a smile and said “sorry, our elevators are not working.”

Ran out of breakfast

Breakfast was wonderful. Bed in room was extremely comfortable and the location was perfect. Our room had a small leak but it definitely didn’t derail the trip.
-
Has very little parking but offers Valet parking for a fee.
-
Clean Homeless people sleeping outside of property.
-
Courtyard arrangements Room was not very clean
-
Staff and breakfast We had 3 seprate rooms .... one room had significant mold that was reported to front desk.... one had heavy urine smell in toilet area that finally diminished after 3 cleaning... one seemed to be fine.

Whoever checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful! :)

The staff was very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The location was good, convenient to all of downtown Savannah. It is an older property. Shows some wear.
-
Our only gripe was how cold the room and hallways were. We actually had to turn on the heat (it was 68 degrees in the room- we are acclimated to 74) as the A/C didn’t allow a temperature over 70.

Friendly and helpful staff, great courtyard pool, and very good breakfast. Nothing

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, gave us an upgrade and late check out but also just so kind. It was so refreshing. The room was cute and the location was decent walking distance to most things vs the more expensive locations right along the river. Breakfast was above average, and the courtyard with the pool were cute. Not a whole lot around compared to the middle of the city but still good (coffee shop, visitor center, SCAD musuem of art were all near by and everything is walkable)

Dislike the lack of off street parking
-
Only valet parking for $35 a day was a bummer.
