We stayed in the cottages. The theme of the cottages matched Savannah. It was clean and decent sized. The breakfast was had a variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was wonderful, but they should pay a little bit more attention of the cleanness outside of the property.

We were a little disappointed in the outdated furnishings and bathroom fixtures. The bathroom had a smell like mildew. We probably won’t return to this specific location.

Location

After I washed my hair, I found the conditioner was completely out. Besides, in the living room, when I tried to turn off the TV, I couldn’t find the remote control, so I used the bedroom one to shut off the TV. For a nice hotel, these 2 problems shouldn’t happen.

Enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, friendly staff. Close to Riverwalk and some museums. Best hotel stay we have experienced in awhile.

Very comfortable bed, in suite fridge, microwave, etc. very quiet location - great for relaxing and uninterrupted sleep. Lightbulb in room flickering, remote control worn out (very difficult to press buttons, kept messing up tv).

Good place to stay for the cost. Only downside is there's no bar within the hotel lobby so you have to go outside if you like a nightcap. Breakfast served in the morning was good

It is well kept. The young lady checked us in on Friday was professional and pleasant. The valet was also welcoming and helpful. The young lady for the Saturday day shift was a contrast to the personnel the previous evening. We mentioned to her that afternoon our room needed attention. She said that she would mention it to the staff. We don’t know if she mention it but when we arrived back later that evening, the room was still in the same cotton. My wife ended up making the bed and then going to the front desk for towels.
