Clean rooms, friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone to stay at.

It was one of the best places I have ever been.

Everything was excellent

The location was great, just under 1 mile to the river walk. Valet parking isn’t necessary either because we easily found parking on the street. All the staff were super friendly, and helpful. The courtyard is fully enclosed making it very safe at night (or anytime). The lemon water available in the lobby was nice too. One warning though, there may be some sketchy people around the gas station and the adjacent park so be mindful of your surroundings, particularly at night (though we didn’t encounter any negative incidents).

The tv didn’t work in the room and the thermostat did not. It blew all night dropping from the temperature I set of 70 down to 60. Breakfast was fine, but taken away before 10.

Only thing I didn't like was the parking...but other than that I give 5 stars to everything else

We stayed one night. Ac was cold beds were comfy and everything was clean. Can't complain.

Location is perfect but the property doesn’t offer housekeeping the rooms are full of bad smells also bed not clean . The extra blanks and sheets are very dirty looks like used and fold back to the bag . Swimming pool very small ( not showing on the pic) I use lots of Expedia hotel reservations always I get very good but this one is 👎

Staff was great! Nice hotel. Good location. Some hairs in the shower that I had to get rid of, but not worth changing rooms over. Pool was a little dirty and then closed the next day but otherwise good

This was by far one of the best places we stayed. So clean, bed was so comfortable you might not want to get out of it..everything you need for a long stay if you want to budget for a family to make a good meal. Staff was Amazing especially Cassandra, and we look forward to coming back! Definitely a place you want to stay in!

Excellent staff service. Accommodated us quickly and kindly when we reported a concern with the heat in our room. Morning breakfast was great! This is our 2nd year staying at this location and we plan to continue to stay there on our vacation next summer.

Our dogs were happy, kids loved the pool and the rooms were spacious.

Quiet hotel within 15 min walk to SCAD. The AC worked great which was a huge relief in 100 degree weather. Breakfast was good. The downside is the cost for parking. The kitchen in my room upon arrival wasn’t as clean as it should have been and needed more amenities.

I appreciated the breakfast at the hotel. I was a little taken back by the parking but it was a holiday weekend. The hotel was within walking distance to the fireworks.

Overall, I really liked this hotel. It’s in a good location if you’re okay to walk up to 20 min. to the downtown area. We didn’t use our car really at all which was awesome. However they charge $35 nightly for valet and try to hide that there’s a street behind the hotel with unlimited free street parking / no parking rules. The hotel rooms are big (odd layout but who cares) with a kitchen if you need it. The pool/courtyard area is very cute. The complimentary breakfast is okay but at least it’s free and has a large variety! My main issue with the hotel is their strange every other day cleaning policy. We basically asked when we needed our bed made or more towels but never had a full cleaning during our 3 night stay. Most of the front desk staff and valet are very kind, but did have one member who was terrible rude / unhelpful. We also had a night when there were trash bags throughout the floor left out for hours. Even with these issues, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for you next Savannah seat!
