$35 day parking, old squeaky furniture, tattered floors, carpet stains, comfortable squeaky bed, comfortable pillows, clean bathroom, breakfast good but the buffet staff is slow, had to wait on food replenishment, one staff said he cant wait for this to be over, in the historic area so one ends is run down the other end is nice, 1 pool umbrella for the entire pool, staff is friendly overall, overpriced.

It’s really nice hotel in the city
-
Visually appealing/clean and happy hour/snacks were awesome! Parking was an issue. I was charged to park by the parking garage(an extra 42.50) even though I asked for it to be included.

Great hotel, centrally located
-
Not much at all food was bad service in the dining area was bad and way over priced After staying at other hotels in South Carolina and ten. This place sucked
-
Top notch hotel!
-
Parking was covered but very expensive.
-
It was great All the construction work being done in the area… made it a little harder to find hotel
-
The free breakfast was good and they offered a lot of options.
-
Have stayed there multiple times. This time stayed for 3 days and the breakfast was late every day. Breakfast is supposed to be ready at 6:30 and was not ready until about 6:45 and no coffee until 7:00. I needed to leave by 7 for my job, so I was rushed to eat before leaving.

Awesome place to stay with excellent breakfast!
-
However, they did make it up when I checked out as they did not charge me for parking. I really appreciated that gesture.

The hotel was nice enough but... The coffee was not replenished, and when we called and asked for coffee for the following morning, we received no condiments (cream or sugar). No coffee cups either so we drank coffee out of glasses. Shower curtain blew open and water all over the floor with each shower. Very inconvenient and we had towels all over the wet floor.

Nice lobby area Rooms were a bit dated
-

Great location

We have been to many Embassy Suites throughout the USA. All the Embassy's we visited had beverages and ice water all day long! I did not like that this hotel did not have hot coffee, tea, and hot water all day for the guest. Breakfast is the only time you get food and beverages. There is nothing available until 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Did not like the smell of the shampoo, conditioner and the lotion at all.
