Nice stay. Convenient location

This was my first stay and I loved everything about it
-
Great location and friendly staff.
-
Concierge front desk employee Eric was amazing and went above and beyond to assist us. We will return.
-
Everything was great. There were some loud guest around 3AM in a nearby room, but one call to the front desk and that was taken care of very quickly.
-
Wonderful stay. Close to everything. Great price. Thank you.

The photos are definitely misleading. The property is very outdated. Floors nasty, indoor pool was freezing, night staff was very rude the first night the guy had an attitude when we asked for towels, the next night a different guy just said they didn't have any. On the other hand the staff during the day and valet drivers were very polite and the shower was amazing.

VERY DIRTY ALOFT I WAS DISAPPOINTED.. ALOFT IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE HOTELS TO STAY IN AND THIS ONE NEEDS A COMPLETE MAKEOVER AND WASH DOWN …. Dingy and Dark

I also asked a month in advance about extra charges, but we were not told about the mandatory valet fee and refundable incidental hold until three days before arrival. At check-in, we received two queen beds and a roll-in shower. At 6'8", the bed was unsuitable, and the narrow space made wheelchair movement extremely difficult. Management then moved us to a tiny king room, but its shower had a raised lip my wheelchair could not cross. With no other rooms available, I had to choose between sleeping comfortably and being able to shower. I contacted Expedia only to ask for help. Without permission, their agent canceled our reservation, forcing us to leave. Although Expedia caused another problem, the hotel still failed to provide the accessible room it repeatedly promised. To Expedia’s credit, they made things right by relocating us to Tempo by Hilton. Tempo had us settled in a genuinely accessible room within an hour and provided an amazing experience. They will absolutely have us as repeat customers. Wheelchair users should be cautious about relying on this hotel’s accessibility assurances.

Good accomodation for the rate.

I would stay here again, it's a nice place.
-
Bar didn't open the entire time. Rooms are pretty bare. It felt like a warehouse, but I guess that's the loft look.
-
It was a nice hotel in a great location.
-
Booked this room for my 10th wedding anniversary because I asked my wife to marry in Savannah. Room was nice and easy to walk to a lot of places. Definitely recommend the valet parking. Car was ready every time we asked for it with no problems.
-
Clean hotel, helpful staff, and good location! We only stayed one night traveling through, but enjoyed the walk ability to different places in downtown Savannah. We also brought our dog and they had a nice little dog park area for her to go to the bathroom.
-
Everything was excellent EXCEPT - for the outrageously expensive valet overnight parking fee. $48 per night added $200 to our 4 night expense. Didn't expect tat.
-
It was a nice stay. Walking distance to RiverStreet. The indoor pool was colder than we had hoped so we weren't able to really enjoy it. Had to ask for towels at the beginning of our stay, a few were not stocked. An iron and hair dryer would have been nice. Other than that, it was really nice.

Across the street from the bus station. Pros: comfy bed, cold rooms, clean. Cons: location, parking fee.
-
There was no shampoo in bathroom, I saw small flies by my bed

Okay hotel. The concept is loft so open concept bathrooms. No front desk amenities. Good if you’re looking for no frills inexpensive lodging. The road is pretty loud. Staff was very nice
