Nice place very convenient, helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

The fridge had too much ice frozen in it and we couldn’t use it. Maintenance brought up another one and it needed defrosting too.

We were moving our daughter into Georgia Southern and decided we wanted to stay closer to the river this time. Our stay was great! Breakfast was wonderful! Didn’t like the fact we had to pay for parking or valet. But my husband got up every morning to pay the meter at 8 am cause it was free from 8pm-8am. Room was comfy and fit all of us!

Great service and very clean facilities

The hotel was clean and the staff went above and beyond for the guests. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of foods.

🇺🇸 This hotel is old, but it is clean. The room is comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms are clean, but outdated. The towels are too old. Check-out at noon is very convenient.

Excellent location to explore the core. Amazing breakfast and very contemporary decor. Clean and cozy.

First I have to mention Jazmine the Front Desk Clerk who was the nicest most pleasant employee I have ever had in all my travels .. she was truly a Superstar ! All of the other employees were also very nice and courteous.. my room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.. breakfast was good and had lots of options.. the pool area was nice and they had a concierge in the lobby which was very helpful if you are planning any excursions or want tickets to the hop on hop off bus.. the hotel was centrally located with the Riverfront The Marketplace and Broughton Street in one direction and most of the popular squares with their famous Houses and Churches Jones Street and Forsyth Park in the other direction.. there’s a Walgreens about 3 blocks over for snacks drinks and such to keep in the refrigerator in room which it provided along with a microwave and coffee machine.. I would definitely recommend staying here.. I had a wonderful time

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and everything was well appointed, and we were very pleased with our stay The parking situation is tricky, if parking in an area like this is incredibly limited, it would probably be good to build the price of valet into the rooms, so it does not feel like an additional fee

Exceptional

The computer was down the entire trip making check in more difficult. A key given didn’t work and we ended up in an accessible room which was not our preference. We were there four days and our room was never cleaned nor did we get fresh towels.

The room was clean and it was a good size. The free breakfast was good, nothing special but it was nice to have a free hot breakfast each morning. The staff was wonderful!
