Great place to stay! Close to all things Savanah!

Service was poor hitting fees inhospitable For pay for ballet parking. When parking was free it was the Fourth of July holiday weekend parking was free on the street but they charged me for two days of valet parking $40 per day, but I parked on the street and they still charge me .room is small. I booked a city view, but I got a wall outside of my window. Terrible would not stay there again.

Great motel, great rooms, lived the location walked to everything in downtown Savannah,

The breakfast was very good. Work out room was also nice. You could do a full body workout with machines. They also have a nice water dispenser in the workout room. There’s not many options for parking in the downtown area, but this hotel is right next to a public parking garage that has $12 per day parking. So if you don’t want to valet park for $40 per night it is at least an option. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Easy walking distance to all the local shops and harbor.

Great location. Room was large and very clean. Breakfast was good. We will definitely stay there again!
-
Clean hotel with friendly staff and great location for site seeing and dining.
-
Room was clean, staff were very kind! We weren’t able to check in early due to the hotel being fully booked. Only stayed for a night but would stay again.
-
It may have been due to the time, but the tables were uncleaned (not cleaned after guest used them) and the areas for serving were very messy from use (should be cleaned or cleared at intervals vs at the end of the breakfast)

Easy reservation, nice location, clean room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast, fast and friendly service. Good price. Nothing

My early arrival was the first sign of trouble. I didn’t request an extremely early check-in. I asked around 2 p.m, but they send me waiting in the lobby. I noticed many other guests checking in early without any issues. At 3:30 p.m., I inquired about the reason behind this, and they claimed that my room wasn’t ready. However, I had already checked in and found the room in a state of disarray. The mirrors were covered in fingerprints, and the room was unkempt. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in years. Around 5 p.m., some staff members arrived, claiming that someone had mistakenly placed an order for me in my room, which I wasn’t occupying at the time. The card they handed me read, “Enjoy your stay,” but I quickly realized who had sent the wine and brownie. It turned out to be a surprise for my birthday, and the person who had ordered it had a heated argument with the front desk about the delayed delivery, which had been paid for days in advance. To make matters worse, the staff at the front desk was unfriendly, and the kitchen staff seemed to lack respect. In the end, I discovered that they had charged me for valet parking, which I hadn’t used because I was flying. They didn’t even apologize or thank me for my stay. In contrast, I once stayed in a cheap motel because I had no other options.
