Came with my family and had a phenomenal time. Close to the Telfair Museums and walking distance to so much more.

A lot of little things needed correcting-coffee maker did not work, too little soap, too little coffee cups, too few hangers. To their credit, ithey were corrected quickly. Most of the staff were excellent, especially Breyer, but one or two were a little too reserved. Closet was small. Layout of the room was not comfortable. View was excellent. Cleanliness. excellent.

The staff was great. The location of the hotel was good we could comfortably walk about downtown. Our keys didn’t work when we went to our room so we had to go back to the front desk. But the staff was very helpful. The bathroom in the room was not as clean as I expected. The shower door had water spots and the corners were dirty. The shower soap dispenser didn’t have enough soap to last us the first night. Glad I brought my own. I asked for housekeeping to clean the bathroom while we were out but it did not get done. The breakfast was ok. Won’t be staying there again.

Great location! Worked well for a one night stay for a SCAD admissions tour. The room was clean but didn’t like the layout. Breakfast was okay.

Clean and spacious room, great location, helpful and friendly staff. Laundry facilities are also available for guests.

Staff was great. I would highly suggest utilizing street parking but get the tours booked through hotel. Made things easy. Great gym and loved that it had laundry.

This property is probably best for families with young children that need the extra space. Rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. The location is the highlight with easy walking to anywhere you would want to go.

Had a very good experience, checked in early , clean room , friendly staff , breakfast was delicious either way a ton of options , highly recommended!

So we have stayed here a few times now. We take a long summer vacation every year and this hotel is the last stop before home. We actually choose Savannah as our last overnight stop halfway because we love this hotel. We love this location, the rooms, the staff, and the breakfast. This last time though was a little rough. I swear they gave us an older corner room (looked different than I remember). The bathroom door was extremely sticky and took 2 hands to shut every time because it was so bent off the track. This was problematic for getting up in the middle of the night to pee and not trying to wake the baby. The shower was definitely not as clean as we remember (shower bath combo. In the past it’s just been a shower). And the tv wasn’t mounted like we remember in other springhill suites. Which makes it hard to see from all 3 sleeping areas. We would be back but we just would plan to ask for an updated not corner room. We love the breakfast and the staff, as well as the location. The room was definitely just extremely lacking this time around and disappointing compared to what we’ve had from them in the past.

We stayed there for a week and we loved it very much, it was very clean and the staff were all very friendly, helpful and polite especially both concierges that were there all week, they both helped us look for things to do on a daily basis and also booked most of our activities! Very good job to both of them!

Nice place very convenient, helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

The fridge had too much ice frozen in it and we couldn’t use it. Maintenance brought up another one and it needed defrosting too.
