Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah Historic District

The pool was really well maintained and pleasant. The hotel does not offer room cleaning services on multiple night stays.

Location to downtown Our room was a handicapped room, located at the end of the first floor hallway, near the ice machine and trash barrels. At 6:30 am, the staff would be taking out the trash barrels (noisy) and our room was across from the laundry room where there was always loud talking and laughter at very early hours. When we checked into our room, we noticed we didn’t have a shower curtain. A call to the front desk rectified that within the hour. We also noted that the main shower head did not work, only the hand held sprayer, which was a little more than a trickle. Lastly, I found it annoying that the “handicapped”room was all the way down the hallway, farthest from the front desk than any of the other rooms on the first floor.

The food and service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking wasn't great.

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel in Savannah Georgia! The sites near it was alot and very nice! We will book again at this hotel! The staff was nice, breakfast good! 10/10

I was allow to do an early check-in with a 25.00 fee and I was happy because we arrived early. Everyone was nice and any questions I was ask was answered by text message and that’s was cool. The cleanness’s over all was great. Walking to River-street was great. River Street is one of my favorite places to visit and I didn’t have to pay for parking spot. They did have real grits. I don’t do instant grits

The room we had was quite big with a pull-out couch for sleeping. The pool was nice for an after breakfast swim. The parking garage is a bit of a walk away and only open for free parking after you check-in.
