The staff were very friendly and helpful and the property was clean and in good shape.

DON'T STAY IN JULY! SAVANNAH IS HOT!

One elevator was out of service and the working one was extremely slow, which made checkout problematic for those of us on higher floors who couldn’t get onto an elevator with all our bags. I ended up carrying my luggage down.

Excellent free breakfast! Most Hampton Inns I have visited offered free parking, so the $35 charge was not expected.

Hotel was beautiful. Close to Trolley Tour

Close to everything downtown. Breakfast was good and it was clean. The beds were terrible. The mattresses and pillows need to be replaced.

Property is located In a good area and hotel staff and inside very clean and everyone we talked to was pleasant

The air conditioning was out, only one elevator working, hair dryer in room not working and asked for a replacement; it never arrived . Staff were not friendly at all.

My daughter and granddaughter were satisfied with their breakfast each morning. The pool area was very nice and we were fortunate that it wasn't crowded. Ice was convenient. The hallways were not air conditioned. The parking is not adequate. The last day we had to park in the parking garage a couple of blocks over and I didn't feel completely safe after dark.

The location Having to pay for parking on the property, and most of the time we were unable to park there. Had to park a block away in a parking garage.

Clean and comfortable. Everything was ok.

Beds were comfortable, room was spacious enough that I was able to decorate a 3 tier wedding cake in the room with my supplies. Breakfast at that price was not much better than economy hotels.

The lobby was welcoming and comfortable. The location was nice. We were walking distance from restaurants and shopping. The elevators weren’t all working, so that was a little slow, but not too bad.

Loved the area and every clean hotel

It was a nice place but the ac was broken when we were there in late June. We were there for 3 days and it was broken the whole time, the staff said they were waiting on parts to arrive. I would NEVER have stayed there if I'd known. Sleeping was tough. The breakfast was avg. They only offered 2% milk and no nondairy alternatives. Very limited selections as far as food goes. Just seemed very basic. The staff was reasonably nice but not particularly welcoming. They didn't stop homeless people from walking through and getting breakfast. The building looked great, beautiful lobby and eating area. Overall, I'd probably choose somewhere else if I could go back in time.

Room was very comfortable - like a well appointed bedroom rather than a motel room. Walk in shower was nice, too! Parking was an issue - no one told us about satellite parking at the next door hotel when we checked in, so we had to deal with that later.
