Location and dog friendly

Room was very clean however the chair in the room had ripped upholstery and big chunk of tile was rotted out in the bathroom. A facecloth with big holes was given as a facecloth- it should be used as a rag

The staff were excellent! The bed was very comfortable. The outdoor area for my dog was good. The morning coffee and donuts were great! I had some trouble with my keycard to get into my room. Maybe a little more sound proofing between the rooms, the second night I was there the room next door someone kept slamming doors at least once an hour, I didn’t sleep well that night. The seal around the door needed to be replaced and blackout curtains would be nice. The dog bowl in the pet area needs to be cleaned it had mold growing in it.

The cons: Noise! Near a major 4 lane and across the street from the main city bus terminal-and you hear it all night. Bring earplugs. Maintenance needed-side walks in front of rooms need repainting, bathroom tiles need sanitizing and regrouting, door locks are wierd-sometimes they won’t unlock, sometimes they won’t lock.

This hotel is adorable and so centrally located, we were able to walk everywhere to explore Savannah. The retro style was so neat and those glazed donuts were SO good! We loved the room because it was spacious and easy to reach the hotel.

I stay in Savannah several times a year probably 10 or more. This is one of the regular places I like, but it does depend on the room. The TV service is not the greatest but then again it is a retro motel I like the RC cola and the moon pie when they have it that’s a nice touch. The donuts in the morning are fresh. The coffee is decent and the location is excellent. It is not the fanciest place in Savannah, but it’s a very nice option 4.1 stars.

I saw the room and immediately went back to the front desk to check out. I requested a refund. The box spring mattress was so old, dirty, and nasty I couldn't imagine laying in the bed. The rust at the bottom frame of the bed was awful. They took an old motel, threw some paint in areas in hopes of making it look presentable for customers but it didn't work. I don't understand why a hotel won't invest in the things necessary to attract people to stay.

This is a really cute little hotel. Great themed I ran into some small snags when I checked in. But the manager was very quick to correct it and help me out. And really turn this experience around. Would definitely stay here again.

Super cute, very clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly. Walking distance to historic Savannah.

The retro vibe The TV didn't have cable and had to pay 26 dollars for parking

Room smelled of mold. Shower area was damaged. Connecting room doors had no locks. Noise from street was terrible.

Might be ready for a fresh coat of paint and a few maintenance touch ups inside the rooms since the last time we stayed, but the rooms were clean and comfortable so that’s what is most important. Main critique would be to make the hotel 100% non-smoking & speaker phone free as other guests stand outside the rooms or sit on the staircases and smoke with speaker phone on full volume.

The staff was helpful, and my room had a super comfy bed and linens. The bathroom needed repairs, water damage around the bottom edge of the walls, torn shower curtain and terrible shower head led to water spraying outside of the curtain. No hand soap, just the wall-mounted lotion and shampoo in the shower. Towels frayed. Chairs faux leather peeling. Overall, quiet and great location- just needs updates.

It was a older building so it had its little small issues but my most complaint was they didn’t have cable even basic you had to cast from your phone and half the time that didn’t work because the wi-fi was so slow. Also they didn’t have a microwave in the room. Of even like an extra mirror in the room. It was small things that they could have done to make it 100% better and it was not that cheap.

Walking distance to historical district and a lot of cafes and restaurants. Nice and spacious room. Good price.

This is, I believe, or 4th time staying here. We come to Savannah a often as we can and this place is our go-to to stay. It's close to everything yet a little of they're beaten path. It's always clean and we LOVE the fresh, HUGE donuts they provide for breakfast!!! The only thing we recommend is that you bring earplugs. The road noise goes on all night, but we still recommend this establishment highly.
