The location Nothing

Second time this year we stayed here. Conveniently located to shopping, parks, restaurants and Bay Street. Clean hotel with nice workout center, patio and pool. Breakfast area is usually busy but decent for a quick coffee or bite.

I really liked the location and how clean the facilities were. Well, the staff were not great. The management was also never around to handle any problems that arose during the stay. For instance, my friend slipped in the very slippery tub and broke his nose. The staff neither sent an ambulance nor filled out an incident report. The staff also tried to blame me for their not filling out the incident report, which is an incredibly false statement on their part. I made a point of saying that I would have filled out a report when I had worked in customer service, and I even inquired as to its location so that my friend could fill out his part of it. Further, the elevators in the valet parking lot were broken, and the lone staff member had to make multiple trips to the 4th and 5th floor of the parking garage to retrieve cars. Oddly, the staff member allowed a guest to go along with her to retrieve his car, which is a huge liability issue. The lack of responsibility from the staff and the odd response to my friend from absentee management (the general manager wanted to personally talk with my friend about his broken nose) has soured my willingness to stay at this hotel again and maybe other fairfield inns. Otherwise, the location at the edge of downtown is phenomenal.

Good Parking valet is expensive

Helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel has a good location downtown, clean, and a decent breakfast. The front desk staff was just ok, was not impressed.

Everything met our expectations. Great location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were good. No issues with the room. WiFi worked great across three devices. If we ever return to Savannah (GA) then we will pick that hotel again. I did not like NOT getting Marriott points when making a reservation via booking.com. Also, we noticed the computer in the lobby was down for some reason . Fortunately, we did not need it but I typically like to print my boarding pass from there. And, one of the front windows to the dining area appears to be shattered.
-
Good view, middle of downtown made it easy to go places, nice morning/afternoon desk attendants, very helpful No direction for where to go to enter the building, ac stopped working halfway through the night, some valet staff are not friendly, night shift desk attendant not very welcoming/ came off rude

The room was in good shape, and they served breakfast. The location made it easy to walk to lots of restaurants in Savannah. They say they are pet-friendly, but they don't have a good place to take your dog to the bathroom. There is a small area out front with a bit of unmaintained grass, so really some tall weeds, and there was glass everywhere. I was nervous about letting my dog use the area. The AC unit was very loud at times.

I wish the staff would have come in our room, during cleaning and emptied the trash and take the used towels and replaced them. For context, we were there for six days and the only time they entered our room was when I made a big fuss. They NEVER came in and emptied the trash so it was overflowing most of the week. Also I had dirty towels piling up. So, future you should go in EVER room and check trash and towels EVERYDAY!!!!!!!

Patricka is The Best !! Great Stay in Savannah !!
-
The breakfast was quite average and could use more variety and fresher options.
-
My stay at the Hotel was a pleasant one. One of the staff member at the front desk wasn’t to friendly. That’s just my opinion. But overall. I have no other complaint.
-
The location was perfect and the staff phenomenal. Breakfast was great and the valet was very professional.

Everything was an amazing spot. Close to many things, staff was awesome Nothing

We felt the property was well maintained. Staff good. Breakfast was good as well. Close to shopping and restaurants. Wish pool area was just a little bigger but overall an excellent stay and would definitely stay there again!
-
That being said, the staff was courteous and helpful, the rooms were clean, the valet is convenient, and the location was excellent. We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to experience. 4/5!
-
Staff and the cleanliness The pillows were horrible
-
Decent location in a walkable area. Continental breakfast was good and they provide infused water at the check in desk. Parking is confusing/directions to the self park garage could be provided beforehand. Mold in the bathroom but otherwise the room was comfortable.

Location is great! Nice, large rooms. The valet takes forever so be prepared. Also our room, 306, the air would not get the room less than 73 degrees. I let the front desk know
