It was a nice property in a great location. The lobby was large, the desk staff were very friendly. The weather was very hot, and their pool was closed, although from our window, the deck and pool looked great. It's lack of availability was very disappointing. The concierge was very pleasant at first, but when we indicated we weren't interested in an organized tour, she appeared visibly disappointed, which I found unprofessional. Also, she took too much of our time chit-chatting. We only had a day and a half in Savana and wanted to begin exploring.

Staff was exceptional, very friendly and professional. One of the beds in our room was flat and sagged in the middle so only one person could sleep on it but the other bed was fine. The breakfast was great. The pool was closed, but they graciously let us use the pool at the hotel next-door will definitely recommend staying and will stay again.

Everything was fine. Good location near the historic district

Modern hotel, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent with all the city has to offer within walking distance. Breakfast within the rate was good although finishes at 9 in the week Staff were friendly and efficient There was an issue with the outdoor pool being closed due to health and safety concerns Travelling with 2 children the availability of the pool was an important factor in selecting the hotel When questioned how long the pool had been closed we were told in excess of a week but we had not been advised in advance. If we had been advised we could could have found an alternative hotel with pool In fairness the staff accepted our complaint and gave us complimentary valet parking for 2 nights as a gesture of goodwill

The entire atay was a stay from hell..

This was the worst stay and I will never stay at this hotel again. Checked in for 3 nights and left after the first night. We had a suite and rooms were gross. Shower didn’t drain, toilet rocked back and forth, dirty and hard beds, phone didn’t work. Asked the staff to fix the phone and shower, there was no resolve to this. When we checked in, we were told the pool was broken and unusable. If that was the case, you should have let people know prior to check in when you send a message. This was terrible all the way around and the only good thing was how nice staff were. Do not stay here
