Very good

Very nice staff, very clean rooms. Pool wasn’t working but that was ok. Breakfast was delicious and always stocked. Spacious room as we had a suite. Walking distance to pretty much everything.

The location was great. The staff was very friendly. We had no TV for our first night. The pool was out of service during our stay and the complimentary breakfast was only “ok”.

At this property EVERYONE was awesome. They were very helpful getting us checked in and assisting with our luggage. Marquis went above and beyond to answer our questions as well as getting us luggage carts ans helping us get valet parking. EVERYONE was exceptionally friendly.

Nice hotel with good continental breakfast that is better than brand average. Friendly staff, historic district location, will stay here again.

We arrived almost at midnight and the front desk attendants were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed sheets were surprisingly soft. The hit breakfast was fine nothing fancy. The location it is great. Overall it was a great stay

the place was very accessible by foot to tourists area. The place was nice and clean except the pool area qas closed. We were placed in an ADA room, it was a huge room but the bed was not comfortable. The continental breakfast was really good. Overall, the place is really good. We will definitely come to stay here when we visit Savannah again.

Exceptional

The breakfast was great...staff friendly and clean.

The beds were comfortable and the A/C was great. The receptionist checking in was super nice and friendly. Breakfast was okay. The walls looked as if they were patched up everywhere with different color paint, it was messy. The pool was no able to be used had to go to a sister hotel next door and use there pool. I didn’t go. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. The receptionist when I left wasn’t very friendly, she didn’t even smile or ask how things were.

There were some quirks about the room (like a too short shower curtain) that I mentioned at check out

Rooms were really nice. Staffs were awesome. Breakfast was also good. Location was easy and walkable to the attractions Parking is too much expensive

We definitely didn't like the fact that Fairfield charges $48 to Park at their establishment.

The staff was very helpful and let you know what was going on in the city day by day. The breakfast was great had many options.
