We had a slight issue at check-in we were given a studio king instead of the room we booked a 1 bedroom king suite. We were able to get the issue resolved quickly and the front desk person even personally changed the sheets on our bed to get our room ready. She definitely went above and beyond.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The valet staff was excellent and one young lady escorted me to my room (as I am disabled) when my family dropped me off after dinner. She was so thoughtful. Wish I would have gotten her name. It was a Thursday evening.

Location was acceptable. What was adveristed as a resturant was really just a bar with bar food that was not good. The vaket service was awful, the frint desk clerk had to fine the valet to retrieve out car becasue he was sleeping.

The property was close to downtown activities. The parking was a bit confusing and obtuse. The staff was fine but not very helpful.

Location was great The booking was supposed to include breakfast however I had to pay for breakfast. The room was humid and had a wet smell. Temperature was not comfortable.

Everyone was friendly from the valet, the front desk and the dining area. Location was perfect and so was the price.

We stay here every time we come to visit our son at SCAD. Friendly attentive staff, clean rooms and friendly valet staff. We will keep returning over the next two years until graduation.
