Cambria Hotel Savannah Downtown Historic District

The property was clean abd sufficient for pur few days stay. Right in Historic district area. Close to see or walk to sights. We enjoyed our stay in Savannah!

The view was great Parking was not good

The parking lot was convenient and inexpensive for downtown parking options.

This hotel will definitely see us again

Very clean and a good location. About a 15 minute walk to river street and 15 minute walk to Forsyth park. Perfect if you don’t want to be right in the businesses of river street. Parking garage directly across from hotel. Staff is very nice and bed is comfortable.

I loved that the hotel was just walkable from the historic downtown attractions —being able to walk everywhere was such a game‑changer. There were free parking spaces in front and down the street from the hotel. And the highlight of the stay- Alana B, a.k.a. AB Whitney. She wasn’t just an exceptional and wildly creative bartender; she was a full-on concierge and guide. If Savannah, GA is on your travel list, you have to consider staying at Cambria—and treating yourself to one of Alana’s unforgettable drinks is non-negotiable. Although they changed the linen and towels and emptied the trash, they didn't clean the room i.e., clean the sink.

I loved this location The parking was across the street but not too far.

After all of those shenanigans, Sumaya provided excellent customer service by adjusting the bill without hesitation or unnecessary hassle. Overall, Cambria was okay. I’m not sure if I would stay at this location again, if so, I definitely wouldn’t use the valet service!

The room was cute The breakfast wasn’t good. No room service and housekeeping didn’t come to the room for the entire 4 days. The location was far from the river. The staff was nice and friendly. Not enough amenities no happy hour no entertainment

Location was close to downtown Our queen beds were not queens. Had to measure to make sure I wasn’t crazy. Was not clean. Smelled like fecal matter in the lobby. Refrigerator didn’t work. Not soap no conditioner. They gave a pack and play that was missing legs. The list goes on and on. It was so bad we left a day early

Id say the one downfall was no information provided at check in like where things were or breakfast times. We arrived to breakfast next morning and had already stopped at 930a ?? We were visiting first time and had no clue where things were close by

If I’m in Savannah again I’ll definitely stay here. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The full bar had great food and drinks. The room and hotel were clean and smelled good. We were in walking distance to City Market and a short drive from the river walk.

I wish the tv had a bit more options to watch

The rooms and location were nice. Vick I believe checked us in. He was nice and quick. Donna checked us out and was very helpful. The housekeeping manager Roberto was great at helping with a situation I’ll add below. Loved the shower and bed was comfortable. Antika who works the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. She handled several situations poorly including ours. We were suppose to get a king room with the bed on a full wall not the half wall. We dealt with it the first night then requested a move the next day. She insisted it couldn’t happen because housekeeping was gone for the day. I went back up to my room only to find housekeeping in the hall and the housekeeping mgr. He called her and she didn’t answer. He said we could switch no problem and he’d clean our room. Antika insisted she didn’t miss a call. The housekeeping mgr came down and made her switch rooms. The next day the mgr of the hotel Rushabh was there. I told him right in front of her and she proceeded to argue! She even wrote down his number for me the night before but purposely gave me the fax number then lied that she did even though she wrote it on a sticky note. I didn’t like having my bed on a half wall facing the window. I wanted the bed on the full wall but after discussing with the housekeeping mgr he said they only had a few of those rooms. He did then move us to another half wall king room where the tv at least faced the bed better instead of way off to the side of the bed. I would come back again if I knew Antika would be gone. I added the sticky note. I wrote in ink the correct number.

Beautiful room! And lovely, spacious bathroom. Very convenient for walking tours of the city.
