I came back to the front desk and she was very very rude saying how does she know how do the windows look like. Anyways she did give us a regular room I STILL WONDER IF THEY HAD A REGULAR ROOM WHY DID THEY GIVE US A ROOM LIKE A DUNGEON. Now the bigger issue, they room really had a bad odor, I called the front deak 2 times in the interval of an hour to come check what is going on but nobody showed up. Next day we were out most of the day but the same odor, I called the front desk again spoke to Donna, she came to the room, she said looks like this is a smell of sewer backup and will send someone to come and clear it. Again nobody showed up. I think they deliberately did this to us. There should be official complaint against this DISCRIMINATORY BEHAVIOR and we should get the full refund od what we paid plus a fair compensation of all the trouble we went through.

It was within walking distance of restaurants & the concert we attended. The shower door didn’t close all of the way but it really wasn’t an issue.

The hotel was nice. Aside from one of the elevators being down, the only issue I had is the picture advertising the location. It is not located directly on the water as the picture would have you believe. Other than that, I slept well and particularly liked the updated room amenities.

The staff was very accommodating from check in to check out. The room was very nice and clean.

The room was large and very clean . Bar was excellent in choices. No parking garage to the location. Had use another garage that’s being used for all which was packed on the night we stayed

Staff was very friendly. Valet parking was $39 or public parking garage next block over Two containers of conditioner and a body wash in bathroom. No shampoo. Called front desk and they brought it right away
