Great area. Family friendly while still being fun for adults

Food was absolutely terrible, ate 2 different times this weekend, one was food picked up at restaurant and taken back to the room. Upon arriving at the restaurant they had not even started making the food so I waited 30 minutes to which they brought out part of the order and had to go back to the kitchen to have the rest of it prepared. Getting back to the room the salad had no dressing and the food was not good. Next day we have breakfast which was a buffet. The quality of the food was terrible, I have had better breakfast at la Quinta while traveling which was free and not 40 dollars each like we paid yesterday. We were put in the wrong room, we specifically picked a room with a patio fire pit because they are on the ground floor and my wife is disabled so this is more convenient for us. We were put on the 3rd floor? Tried to contact the front desk by picking up the phone in the room and pressing the front desk button to only find out it doesn’t work? Next I try to call from cell phone to only have it ring, I contact Expedia to get this figured out to be told my room is an upgrade but if I want to switch they will do there best to see if they can accommodate but room would be smaller? Terrible customer service terrible food quality and order handling. I will never return to this property.

The property is beautiful, so well maintained. Loved the pools, there are many to choose from and a great way to get some relief from the heat. Everything was great!

Hotel is fabulous with top end facilities. Staff are very helpful and willing to accommodate any request. Fees are high for parking and resort fee but still worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Our pool waiter Nathan on Fri 6/12 in the adult area was outstanding! So personable and attentive to my husband and me. I noticed he was always moving, checking in on everyone. We also enjoyed the gentleman with Maggie the owl at breakfast on Fri 6/12. Such a wonderful surprise and to see other families with little ones become fascinated with her was promising. Next time when booking, I'll be sure to request a room further from the ice machine and open common area. That created some noise late and night and early morning, but nothing too extreme. Also LOVED the bedding linens. All in all it was a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean, the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the grounds were impeccably maintained. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and truly made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more food options for outdoor dining and room service. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I cannot wait to come back. It was truly a phenomenal stay!

The grounds were beautiful and the location relative to why we were there was perfect. VERY loud with lots of kids, and VERY thin walls. This is not what you’d expect from a high end property. The room was ok…the bathroom light switches were outside the bathroom, and the bathroom door was glass (odd because if you get up at night to use the bathroom, it lights up the entire room). The pillows were terrible! The bar four was good but the breakfast was bad. Stop serving the bland potato’s with breakfast!

Staying at the Scottsdale Hyatt was great. The staff were extremely helpful for suggestion options to go out, where to eat, and staying safe on the heat.

We stayed over March Break so it was extremely busy, the pools were very murky. Not sure if they’re always like that. I did love how the property had filtered water stations all over. We love Scottsdale and would try a different hotel next time we visit.

We were extremely impressed. Great place to take the kids to the pool for a long weekend.
