Property is beautiful with walking pathways , our view of the sunset little bit of clouds was multi color of orange tones !!!

Lovely vibe. Helpful and courteous staff. Clean room. Delicious breakfast. It was a short, overnight visit.

I was unable to use the pool due to closer for the pool being too warm, then my TV did not work and could not be fixed. The while reason for my visit was to relax and enjoy the pools and relax and watch TV

My wife and I have been coming to this property for 30 years. It's better than ever.

Keep coming back to this hotel because we love everything about it. The cleanliness, the staff, the activities for the kids, the food and drinks. I can go on and on.

Resort was beautiful. Pools were great . Rooms were exceptionally clean.

Great hotel. Took the kids for a staycation and had a great time. Water slide is super fun and clean area. Love camp Hyatt. Just great place! will be back.

Amazing property

We had a very interesting experience. I have no words to describe how wonderful the hotel was. We really liked the view, the cleanliness, the quality of the staff, the beauty of the hotel interior, the tranquility. I don't know. We came back very satisfied.

Never fails! Always a wonderful experience and this last visit, my small pooch was welcomed as well! I stayed during the July 4th long weekend. From the band to the amazing fireworks, it was a wonderful experience.

Love this Scottsdale Resort! my Husband and I spent our 15 year wedding anniversary here and will go back for sure!

Our hotel room I decided to do a staycation for a day for some relaxation .I did not like that check in was at 4pm and the pool bar and slide closed at 5pm. There was only one restaurant open Sunday and Monday and it closed at 9.

Great area. Family friendly while still being fun for adults

Food was absolutely terrible, ate 2 different times this weekend, one was food picked up at restaurant and taken back to the room. Upon arriving at the restaurant they had not even started making the food so I waited 30 minutes to which they brought out part of the order and had to go back to the kitchen to have the rest of it prepared. Getting back to the room the salad had no dressing and the food was not good. Next day we have breakfast which was a buffet. The quality of the food was terrible, I have had better breakfast at la Quinta while traveling which was free and not 40 dollars each like we paid yesterday. We were put in the wrong room, we specifically picked a room with a patio fire pit because they are on the ground floor and my wife is disabled so this is more convenient for us. We were put on the 3rd floor? Tried to contact the front desk by picking up the phone in the room and pressing the front desk button to only find out it doesn’t work? Next I try to call from cell phone to only have it ring, I contact Expedia to get this figured out to be told my room is an upgrade but if I want to switch they will do there best to see if they can accommodate but room would be smaller? Terrible customer service terrible food quality and order handling. I will never return to this property.
