The front desk staff are among the worst I’ve ever experienced… uninterested and can’t be bothered, cold and unfriendly “Ela”. The free breakfast is only available for a short window of time and social happy hour is basic but both are a nice added touch to the overall experience. The breakfast options varied day to day and was very nice. The staff working the breakfast and social hour and room service support were among the friendliest and hard working I’ve seen. The room was spacious and clean. The mattresses were too firm for me but manageable. I was allowed freedom to control my room temperature (which I prefer very cold) without being limited to a specific temp, but everything in my room got wet … so maybe they’re on swamp coolers. I liked that there was free parking and the lot was safe and appropriately lighted. The front desk staff are the first to greet guests and set the tone for the entire experience …. This is the only area where this hotel needs some work … the rest is highly recommended.

Beautiful property, amazing food, and the best rooms
-
Every thing was good, could use more towels in the room.

The hotel is a bit dated, and it shows in the carpets and common areas, which could benefit from more frequent cleaning. The elevators are limited, so if you’re staying on the third floor, as we were, expect to use the stairs often if you want convenient access to your car. Our room itself was comfortable, and the hotel’s biggest advantage is its location.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. The rooms were layed out perfectly for a family and the beds were so comfortable we plan on purchasing their signature mattress. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. We saw the manager many times throughout our time there, and she always asked if there was anything we needed. This is definitely our new favorite hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room and amenities. Love coming annually

Rooms were nicely appointed and clean. Staff were friendly. Location was great if you were focused on activities in Scottsdale.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast daily with hot and cold options. Water and coffee available 24/7. Happy hour daily with wine beer and soft drinks and light snacks offered. Gym is small but you can use the Gainey athletic club which is a 10 minute walk for free. Shops walkable and Sprouts is like a Fresh Tyme or small Whole Foods so can grab any extras you might need. Poma pizza is awesome. Pool area is very nice as well.

Friendly staff, kid friendly and nice accommodations for the price

This is a nice resort hotel that I assume was a lot cheaper since it was summer in Scottsdale. The pool courtyard is very nice, and the breakfast had a lot of variety. A very good experience overall.

Bad no cleaning and dirty

The staff were great. Hot breakfast was good. And the kids enjoyed the pool
-
The property was located next to a shopping area with groceries and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Overall great stay

Don’t hesitate on booking this property.

The property was beautiful, and well kept. If you are doing a relaxing stay this is the place. You can enjoy the pool and the bar. The staff was nice. But the manager was the boom she came out and conversated with my husband and I. She gave us water cause it was hot as you know the rest. She was a great people person. She really represented her position very well and we think she was a great face to respresent the company.. Thanks for your hospitality!! We will definitely stay at this location again. FYI if you see drink ticket when you are booking it's only beer wine soda and water.

Great pool area and room was nice. The hallways appear a bit dated. It’s a long walk from the back of the hotel to the front but the happy hour and breakfast are worth it! Would recommend!
