Great staff, great pool area, tasty breakfast and happy hour. Great bang for your buck.

The Room was very clean. The staff was friendly and always helpful. We used the pool day and evening and enjoyed it very much. The Breakfast and evening Happy Hour were outstanding. I would recommend this property to anyone who were staying in the Scottsdale area. Thank you. Frederick C. Tate

Good Location. Staff was friendly. Interesting scavenger hunt for children. Breakfast only till 9 AM including weekends. Reward for scavenger hunt poor for girls - was better for boys. Found cockroach. A/C fan can’t be adjusted and blows on the head of the bed.

The pool was very clean and great size. We loved all of the other amenities. The gym(though small) is open 24/7. The staff are so nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast has something for everyone with the option to sit indoors or outdoors(beautiful sitting area). The happy hour from 5pm-6pm has a nice amount of snacks, soft drinks, beer and wine which we enjoyed every night. We stayed during their off peak season(summer- stayed in August) so we left like we had the property to ourselves. The hotel is close to restaurants, shops and attractions. Really enjoyed it. The downside is that the hotel is very big with not the best signage to amenities. The lighting is on h tv e darker side and yes it does look dated on the inside but we had a blind eye to that because everything else hit the mark for us!

A family emergency caused us to make an unexpected trip to Phoenix in July--a triple-digit journey to hell--we were dreading it--the Sonesta Suites was a life-saver. We were impressed with the staff especially--helpful, attentive, knowledgeable. Lovely pool area with bar-- Be sure to enjoy the Happy Hour-complimentary beer, wine and snacks. A welcoming, pet-friendly place if traveling with furry family. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite that was clean and felt spacious even with our 3yr old & newborn grandkids and poodle! It had a decently equipped full kitchen area which really helped with baby-bottle prep. The included breakfast was one of the best we've found in a Scottsdale/Phoenix area hotel--with a variety of changing, healthy choices like vegan chorizo, delicious fruit salad with actually ripe melon and fresh pineapple--we often have to visit the Phoenix area and will be staying at the Sonesta Suites in the future.

Staff was great! Rooms were comfortable, & pool area was very nice. Breakfast was good and plentiful! Bar was ok. The manager even game my baby a teddy bear! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Great place for a girls...

Just returned home from my trip 7/28 /26 9 day stay ..clean room very clean pool staff was great will definitely go back
