We had a couple of issues: 1. Water pressure was bad. It seemed to be only on the 20th floor (we spoke with other visitors who stayed on upper floors, and they didn't have this issue). 2. Only one elevator was working. 3. One evening at the bar, we ordered 2 bottles of beer, and it took 20 minutes to get them. The place was not busy.

They didn’t have toothbrushes in the room. Their lift was also broken which we were not informed of before hand. It was so much trouble waiting for the one life, 20 mins each time.

I had gotten an email stating that paying for the parking garage either online or at the desk would be cheaper than buying at the garage itself but the front desk staff had no idea what I was talking about. Also we were advised in that same email to park on floors five or above and again, the front desk staff had no inkling of what I was referencing even though the email came from their hotel. We found our room clean and surprisingly a bidet was in the bathroom. However much I liked the idea of a bidet it creeped me out a little wondering how well it had been cleaned. We were on the 22nd floor and found that our windows opened-with no safety screens or grates. Fortunately we don’t have small children. The restaurant is great for breakfast with friendly and helpful staff.

The only positive thing about the hotel is the location. The hotel is in a serious need of an upgrade. We were on the 17th floor and it was not unusual to wait over 5 minutes for an elevator and when it did arrive, it was full, we took stairs to lobby several times. You have to wait about 10 minutes to get hot water and the water pressure was a dribble. I assume this is because other rooms were using their shower at the same time. Our rooms have electric blinds that were inoperable, our friends room, a couple of floors up, actually had working blinds. All of these issues are not terrible on their own but it added up- especially the elevators. Rest assured, this was our last stay at this hotel.

Basically right in the heart of downtown seattle. Easy access to everything that you need to do As a tourist or traveler to the seattle city. Easy access to restaurants and even movie theaters. We definitely enjoyed our stay

Staff was really gentle and helpful, rooms needs care, some furnitures are in really bad shape. Breakfast buffet was nice amd restaurant too. Two of the three elevators doesnt work specially in the summer high season. Lobby airconditioning doesnt work properly temperature feels warm. 3 stars is my rate…

Clean room very good location decent rate. Only one elevator was running and it took forever to get around the building.

Informed this property was recently under new ownership. When we arrived the lobby AC was out, 2 of their 3 elevators were not functional. Apparently the new owners prioritized lobby upgrades & installation of bidets in all the rooms before fixing the elevators or AC. We were also told the elevators went down before any of the other work was even started. This property is several stories high making use of the stairs not optional. We started out on the 16th floor, had to move due to a dog barking non stop for over an hour (not the hotels fault), 2nd room was on the 18th floor and we were met by a box fan sitting in the window and NO working AC, 3rd & final room was on the 25th floor. We had to clean the shower head as it had black mold all around the area the water sprays through before spraying the person. We paid $350+ per night for this room, it was highly rated everywhere I looked online. Very sad disappointing ending to an awesome vacation. On the bright side, the staff were very accommodating & helpful and the location was good too. Would NOT recommend this property to anyone. You would possibly do better with a budget motel chain.

we showed up for 2 rooms and one room had a squatter who would not leave so we had to share a single bed with a roll away instead of the double we paid for. Two elevators were out which made it hard to get to and from rooms. Lastly, someone left 2 yapping dogs in a room next to one of ours … luckily we got moved, but it was a stressful check in.

The elevators were down. It was chaotic and unorganized upon checking in. Not the best customer service. The room was okay. The carpet is old and there were nails sticking up, the wall paper was peeling in the bathroom, and the view would have been nice if the window wasn’t so dirty. I won’t return.

We were in for a weekend baseball and the Ed Sheeran concert. The hotel was were active. The elevator waits were terribly long (for everyone). We checked in Friday and throughout our 3-night stay and we never saw any level of maintenance to resolve the issue. If the hotel would have found a way to slightly compensate their guests for this inconvenience, it would would have made the stay top-notch but this put a black eye on staying in this hotel as they lacked communication and accountability through this inconvenience.

This hotel is nice enough, however something that is absolutely ridiculous and not mentioned prior, is that the parking for ONE NIGHT, comes out to $80 CAD. Plus the $300+ you are already paying for the room. On top of that, only 1 elevator has been working for the past week. So getting up to the 21st floor and down was incredibly frustrating and there was no prior warning. Overall it is a nice hotel, however the insane parking price plus the only 1 elevator working really soured my trip. If I would have known parking was going to be that much I would have booked a hotel with included parking. DONT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME. Go to a different hotel with included parking. This one isn't worth it.
