Great hotel, good location, friendly staff. Would stay again if in Seattle

Clean but very small and light in bathroom was dim. Pillows were hard

This place is a dump! Should be ranked 2 stars not 4. Will was the only nice/helpful staff member. The carpets were disgusting, the shower was tiny, the maids closet was right outside our room however, they couldn’t manage to clean it very well. Both elevators broke while we were there with our baby and luggage. We had an early flight out and no one would answer the phone for the service elevator until we went downstairs to get someone to help. Definitely not worth the money, unless someone paid us to stay. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very tired property.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and welcoming. It was great to find a hotel downtown that accepted dogs, however there is not really a great place to take pets to the bathroom. The federal building next door has grass but there’s a sign that says no dogs. Really no other spot to go. Valet was convenient and quick! Beds were comfortable too.

Loved the social hour with wine. Loved the atmosphere, kind staff as well.
-
The room, the lobby, the staff, the bed. The view out of the window, in 2nd floor only a small courtyard, walls and a small rectangle of sky.
-
Overpriced. No coffee in the room. Tiny gym with limited equipment. Exceptionally small bathroom.

- room was wonderfully dark, quiet, and cool.

Lovely property in the heart of downtown.

We took the lightrail from the airport and got off 3 blocks from hotel. Cost $2.00 (yes two dollars total for the 2 of us with senior citizen...half off). Met outside by staff who took our luggage right in and to room. Easy walk to downtown to see everything. There was wine tasting and desserts in lobby at night. Coffee and water in a.m. schefuled local cab at hotel to get to Pier 91 in a.m. clean room. All stsff helpful.

Went for a cruise out of Seattle. Got there a day early and had a wonderful experience. Watched our bags til the room was ready. Great checkin process. Used the light rail to get from the airport to 9 min walk to the hotel. Went to the attached restaurant and had some delicious Italian food. Walked the warf area with plenty of great shops and fun things to do. Hill is steep 4 blocks but not to bad. Would use again next time in town.

Great staff...fun rms great location
-
Extremely overpriced, bed had crusty black stuff in it, shower was horrific and only cold. Should have been a $300 room not $800!!!
-
Room was spacious and well equipped
-
A quiet oasis in the middle of a big city. Close to everything with incredible staff. Wine/social meet up was a plus. Bed/pillow too soft for our liking. Sore next day
