My Hotel room was noisy. We could hear ambulance and traffic really loud outside. I had to wear earplugs. Don’t recommend this hotel.

Simple easy cleann

The room has this weird "tack" very loud noise from the wall on some type of intervals (could be related to the fridge in the bedroom), and it was so loud that could startle someone in the mid of the sleep. Just overall a very outdated and old hotel, while I appreciated the extra space coming from the suite, this is not the type of property I would want to come back again.

The hotel is in a great location if you wanted to park your car and walk around downtown Seattle. Private parking lots are very close and offered affordable overnight parking with EV charging. The rooms were small and clean, but very basic and bland. We were on the fifth floor with two queen beds and their guest wifi didn’t work. Our AC unit was also broken, so they gave us a fan to use during our stay. My biggest concern was there was no security in place at the hotel and a lot of homeless people wandered that immediate area. I did not see any security cameras at all on our floor and the front counter staff did not challenge anybody who came inside and off the street. The most pleasant surprise came from the restaurant, Pacific Provisions Cafe & Wine Bar, that supplies their continental breakfast. The staff at Pacific Provisions were amazing and the food was excellent. The hotel also had another bar & restaurant to choose from, but we never utilized it.

The bathroom was also poorly designed. It was very small, and the toilet paper holder was placed in an awkward location that made it inconvenient to access the toilet. We stayed on the 8th floor, and unfortunately, noise was a major issue. There was frequent banging, along with disturbances coming from the parking lot in the middle of the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, based on our experience, I would recommend considering other hotels in the area.

Poor wifi!!!!! No one is answering the phone at the front desk. You still need to go down if you want something. Breakfast was not newly cooked. Was just reheated.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The room smelled like cigarettes, the dust was visibly thick on the lamp shades and the housekeeper knocked and entered despite us requesting late check out and placing the do not disturb sign on the door. Location is great but everything else was a disappointment.

I am extremely frustrated with my stay. The room had numerous drawings on the walls, and there were metal objects that kept hitting our feet while walking. The sheets were dirty, and we couldn't adjust the air conditioning. When I asked the front desk about moving rooms, they informed me that I couldn't do so that night but could downgrade the next day due to my inconveniences. My husband even cut himself on protruding metal bars from the bed. The restroom was incredibly cramped, barely accommodating one person. The next day, we were moved to a new room, which was an improvement, although the bed was small and the air conditioning still didn't work. Additionally, the elevators are tiny, fitting a maximum of four people.

I found the room small. Parking was a bit inconvenient with it being down the street.

Pick somewhere else.

The bathroom was no better: one shelf measured 6” wide by 16” long above the toilet. (It is prudent to keep the toilet lid closed or risk losing something from the shelf.) The bathroom door made a blood-curdling squeak, and it didn’t close easily; you had to jam it shut. The toilet was like one of those you see in a gas station: you flush it by depressing the handle that sticks out from the side of the pipe—you know, with your foot. And when you flushed, OMG!, it was loud! We eventually likened the noise to a torpedo being shot from a submarine. Two nights there: zero maid service after night one. For the price, this was the worst hotel of the vacation.

Stayed at the Executive Hotel Pacific because it was in a great location and was the best price for booking a last minute stay. Unfortunately, we got what we paid for. Staff were all very friendly. At check in, we were told because we had not pre-paid for parking that there was no availability in their parking lot so we had to park up the street at a random parkade. The hotel is not accessible at all, as you either need to go up or down a set of stairs to get to the elevator and drag your bags with you. The closet is basically a shelving unit that is about 8 inches wide and totally useless, the bathroom is a very tight fit to get in just to close the door, with the toilet crammed awkwardly into the corner of the bathroom. There was very poor water pressure in the shower and the water got luke warm at best after running for 5 minutes trying to heat it up. Our mini fridge was not plugged in when we arrived and to top it off smelled beyond rancid. When we called the front desk, they sent someone up quickly but the only remedy they could offer was dousing it in Lysol spray which actually just made the smell worse. There is a shortage of outlets and they had extension cords for things to reach, however we had multiple outlets spark while plugging items in. Our air conditioning also didnt work and the window only opened about 3 inches, so thankfully we were not staying here during higher temperatures.

Great location for a reasonable price

The hotel is very old and our room was, dated and shabby. It overlooked a carpark and alleyway which was noisy at night with the homeless going through dumpsters. The staff at reception were unfriendly and disinterested. Our room had an iron but not an ironing board, however housekeeping were quick to deliver one to our room when I requested it. They also provided extra towels, when asked too, as there was no housekeeping or room cleaning provided during our 4 night stay.

This is an old hotel that was renovated. You can visibly notice the age in the hotel & rooms. The shower had a big gaping hole at the top of the showerhead. There’s a lot of rust in the shower doors. The bathroom is really small as well as the room. The toilet is not upgraded. It’s one of the very old low Sitting toilets. Very little decor. Smells musty. Air-conditioning unit is one of the older floor units. I could hear my neighbor coughing. They charge $25 for early check-in. We arrived early and stopped to leave our bags and we had to walk our bags up a flight of stairs into an empty room. It was not properly staffed for anyone to help us. My 84-year-old father had to carry up his luggage. We picked this hotel because it was in close proximity to Pier 66 where we were taking a cruise. It is in a good location and good for just sleeping and showering. Did have a nice café on the bottom floor for breakfast
