The rooms and hotel were spotless, and the staff was amazing! This is a great place

Friendly staff and clean room

Great

Good location. The amenity fee $25 per day covered 2 water bottles and seemed excessive. There is no coffee in room and the complimentary lobby coffee is only in the morning. We requested hypoallergic bedding at booking due to asthma and allergy and this was ignored. The property is advertised as pet friendly but may be the only one in the vicinity as we saw several dogs and cats daily and there were pet stains on the carpet in the hallway. I stayed based on a recommendation but in future there are many properties nearby that might be a healthier option for us.

Most of the time no one was available at the valet. Food at the hotel’s restaurant was way too salty. This hotel was the worst experience we had .

Outstanding

Room was great - we had the 1 bedroom suite. Staff was amazing. They were super helpful upon arrival and any need we had they were able to accommodate. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice spacious room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good but the service was a little slow for breakfast.

Location was great, staff was really sweet and helpful, but overall this felt like a lower-grade hotel. Our bed had a flat sheet being used as a fitted sheet which feels like you're in someone's college dorm, and the room was pretty loud. We were woken at 6:30 am by an alarm in the supply closet going off and the elevator noise/thump also rattled our mirror every few minutes. Overall the room felt 'cold' and was just lacking in an overall vision/cozy feel. For the price I expected a higher level of attention to detail and comfort so was disappointed in our stay and am my love of Kimpton's has been lowered.
