The only minor downside was that the TV in the room did not have internet connectivity or the ability to access streaming services like Netflix. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again if the price is reasonable.
-
Spacious room (suite) with comfortable design and furnishings. Nice morning coffee service in the lobby in the morning and much appreciated happy hour wine service in the lobby in the afternoons. Very friendly front desk staff and great location in the city.
-
Great location. Free wine tasting and coffee. Also choice of 1 of 3 experiences we did sky view.

Clean room with convenient location.

Everyone went above and beyond our expectations

It was a stylish, newer feeling and clean hotel. Our room was cleaned well each day and the staff were super fast when you request something for your room. Great area to be in. 4 streets up from the main piers which was really nice. And not far from the metro trains to get to all the attractions. But get familiar with using LIME bikes or scooters. They will be your friend to get around there.

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The reception staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and great portions.

Breakfast could be improved. It would have been nice to have a buffet-style option instead of only being offered a classic breakfast. Valet parking was another concern. The valet area is located close to oncoming traffic, which felt inconvenient and unsafe. There was also a long wait to receive our car. On a couple of occasions, we waited almost 30 minutes.

Great hotel in ideal location, wonderful staff and would highly recommend

The perks with your resort fee made it well worth. We went to the Art Museum and Seattle View. We also got a credit for drinks at the bar, and the breakfast was outstanding (though a variety of choice would be nice). The service, from the front desk to housekeeping, was excellent. The location is ideal for getting around Seattle, with the light rail only one block away. The room was gorgeous and comfortable with a good view. We couldn't ask for more. We will definitely stay again on our next trip! (The only down was the double sheet instead of duvet cover and the pillows were uncomfortable for me). Otherwise. 5 star.

Great location. Friendly staff. The sofa bed wasn't made up, so we called and they sent someone within 5 minutes. Excellent coffee for a lobby. It is Seattle but still. Happy all around. 2 tvs was nice as well.
-
The hotel is in great shape with friendly helpful staff. The rooms were clean. The amenities were spot on: happy hour in the lobby, coffe and tea there in the mornings. But the best was the free tickets to the Seattle Art Museum an amazing facility. Close to the monorail (5 blocks) was another plus. We would stay again!

Comfortable, clean, good location, friendly staff
-
The staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s in a great location walking distance to many attractions and the business district.
-
A wonderful stay. The room was spacious. The hotel is generally quiet except for some foot traffic upstairs. It is centrally located in downtown Seattle. Only a 10-minute walk to the Waterfront.
-
Centrally located to Seattle sites and transit system.
-
The location is great. The room itself was a suite and was not good. It connected to the next suite via a door. The door had an inch of clearance between its bottom and the floor. We could hear every conversation our neighbors had. The television had no network connectivity or casting capability. The guide was broken the whole time. Just not what we expected for the price. Felt closer to a motel than a Hilton.
