Crowne Plaza Seattle - Downtown by IHG

Clean hotel with great location and food.

Enjoyed our stay at Crown Plaza. This hotel is well situated in the downtown and is close to most of the sightseeing. The staff was amazing and always eager to help. Great experience!!!

Wonderful hotel in Seattle! Room was clean and everything looked brand new. Bed was comfy, amazing AC, large spacious room, large closet, large bathroom, shower= incredible. Amazing location- walking distance to everything and just around the corner from the light rail and bus station. Quick and efficient elevator. Very quiet property and room! Will definitely stay here again.

I don’t understand why they don’t have a parking AND breakfast option to add on to your reservation. That would have been perfect!

I would give it a 5 star, but room AC was so loud on the low mode, it woke us up a few times at night. The windows are sealed and couldn't be opened.

Renovated, Modern hotel in the financial district close to the main attractions. Rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly. Very pleasant stay. Would stay here again most definitely.

Room was very nice, bed was very comfortable, elevators were very updated, and the breakfast buffet was yummy! All the staff was very helpful and friendly! If we come back to Seattle, we will definitely stay here again!

Clean room, good location, staff were polite.

The suite was clean and aesthetic. The staff was beyond helpful! Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast though! Our valet parking was free of charge. Everything went great. And the view of the space needle was majestic at best. Will definitely book again.

Asked bell staff for how to hail a taxi I got "call an uber" (not helpful to someone who comes from a place that uber isn't a thing). Got placed next to the stairway and the ice machine (for 3 floors), and very loud staff who were banging around and vacuuming well past acceptable times to be doing so. Other guests were very obnoxious as well. Bed was extremely hard and not good for bad backs. When told the staff about noise I got " we can move you or bring your earplugs" and this was just before an event we had to go to so was too late. Came back to more yelling in the halls, etc. 2 nights of poor sleep when I had paid $350 a night. Not worth it. I won't be going back.

We booked with breakfast, that’s a ‘must do’ you get $50 pp per day allowance, that’s gives you a good selection of food. Rooms were tired although clean. This hotel was probably originally built in the 1960’s, it’s been renovated, in particular the exterior has been re-cladded in red brick, this gives it the appearance of a much newer looking building. 6th Avenue is a 10-15 nice stroll downhill to the waterfront, be mindful the walk back uphill is challenging to say the least, its steep…..

The tv didn’t work, the walls were paper thin and we could hear the neighbors- our transfer to the port (that they suggested ) took an hour longer than they said. The staff was very busy at 12: 00 pm when we tried to check in, they said they would call or text us which they never did - - and we finally got into our room past the normal check in time

Fantastic property.

Got there early after a long flight from Europe. Room not ready but hey presto one was avail if we paid €40 for the same room that wasn’t ready. Left a bad feeling with us which clouded our stay. Beware then - you won’t get in early without paying.
