Good location. Nice, clean rooms. Nice staff.

Close to tons of fun

Room was calming and inviting. Very happy we stayed here, especially in heart of downtown. Shuttles, taxis convenient. We got here by light rail, less than 1/4-mi walk but uphill so be aware. Very close to Pike Public Market

Front desk staff was excellent! Came in for the World Cup and they had handle everything with great attitudes!! I believe the lady’s name was Cam

The room was clean and excellent. Loved the layout of the room. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here while waiting to board a cruise. The lobby staff helped us navigate the city while we explored

Clean room and close to everything

Good location within walking distance of Pike Place Market and other downtown attractions. Easy check in and out. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Up to me, and was told valet was full. She said there should’ve been a space reserved for us for the parking package. Instead I had to pay an extra 50$ to park down the block, plus Uber fees so I didn’t have to move my vehicle from the parking garage, which wouldn’t have happened if we were valet parked. She said she would notify her management and someone would contact me, because their standards must be maintained. Nobody ever contacted me. Overall a fine place to stay as long as the staff pays attention to booking details.

Property was clean and well situated. Only issue we had was with the noise. Could hear guests using the washroom in the room above us and street noise can be loud throughout the night.

Honestly one the best hotel I have stayed at, very clean rooms and the staff was super friendly even though it was extremely busy love it!

Everyone was very nice with me and my service dog! Location was great too.

Would definitely stay again.

Good customer service

Very easy to get here from the airport with light rail. Stop at Symphony and a few minutes walk. Restaurant and bar on site. Salmon - mmmm!

But I couldn't park on the property; I was told teh parking lot was full.

Apart from the noisy aircon in the room(even when switched off) it was an excellent stay. Recommended and good value

Propert is beautiful and well maintained. Located in middle of lots of dining options.
