Location was great! Food was delicious and the staff was kind and very helpful!

My only concern was that the robotic massage perhaps could’ve been set up a little bit better. You’re required to wear a body suit that they provide for you, however there weren’t enough clean ones that would fit either of us. I called the front desk & they said that they would call housekeeping. These are supposed to be very tight & unfortunately the only top for me was too tight & there were no bottoms. I never got my massage for this reason. I put on a top that was so difficult to get out of & you. Ould see how skin tight it was in the pics. My partner said he did enjoy the massage but “human touch is much better”. I let the front desk staff know about the issues & they were nice about it, but they should have a handle on something like this. Also, maybe treat the massage as if it’s a real massage & have an attendant available so you could simply peek out the door if you needed something & have water available afterwards. At least give the appearance that it’s therapeutic. These are small standards in the massage & spa industry which makes a difference in how clients receive & remember the experience (former spa owner here). Overall, not a bad stay & excellent location.

They cleaned the room very well.

Your pillows were the worst, oldest, grossest pillows ever

Great location. The bathroom floor didn’t look very clean.
-
The property is close to everything walking distance to Pike’s Place

Our reservation came with a $14 drink credit and tickets to the Farris Wheel on the pier. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

;( Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by a serious billing issue. The room had been fully paid for in advance, and the hotel had already placed a security deposit hold on my card at check-in. Despite this, during the night they unexpectedly charged a large amount to my debit card without my authorization or any explanation. Almost two weeks have passed, and the money still has not been returned. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

Great location

Love the decor. Comfortable bed No mini fridge to put our own beverages/snacks in. That was disappointing
-
Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in process was a breeze.
-
Only downside we saw was they only had one person working the Valet when many people were checking out. This means the poor man was bringing up numerous cars all by himself causing quite a wait (not his fault... he was hustling!)
-
Very nice staff & clean area. Able to drop my bags off before the stay. Only thing I wish it had was breakfast included. Other than that it was good
