Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in process was a breeze.

Only downside we saw was they only had one person working the Valet when many people were checking out. This means the poor man was bringing up numerous cars all by himself causing quite a wait (not his fault... he was hustling!)

Very nice staff & clean area. Able to drop my bags off before the stay. Only thing I wish it had was breakfast included. Other than that it was good

Great location! Suer helpful front desk staff, clean rooms, great views from our room. The bar was fun and we loved our waiter, BJ.

I was disappointed to not get the king bed I reserved. They put me in an accessible room which I don't need. There's no refrigerator in the room. Obvious unfinished renovations ND dingy paint. It cost almost $500 per night with parking. The location is great, central to many attractions

The valet and front desk staff were courteous and prompt. The breakfast as delicious but the coffee service was a bit slow. Location of Seattle W is excellent, very easy to get into and out of with your car.

The welcome staff didn’t know the area and the rooms are dated and cheap.

This is what a hotel these days is supposed to be. A closet and a dresser for the clothes. Somewhere to stow my bag out of the way. Clean and tidy.
