There was an unexplained charge on my credit card. I called the hotel and made every attempts to find out what the charge was about. No luck. The hotel said they couldn’t find my account since it’s booked through Expedia.

Lovely lady at Shuckers Saturday night made sure we had a window table. Excellent service at the bar and just a beautiful space.

Great location. Dogs and kids are allowed so they must be great, right?! Great lounges and the restaurant George has delicious breakfast and brunch menu.

High end vibe, staff is very nice. Love the style of the hotel and pier is walking distance, great restaurants also, pretty good location if you come to explore the city.

Make sure you arrive at the check in time or later since they will not check you in anytime before 4 pm. I have stayed at this property twice, and attempted to check in at 3 pm this last time and the room wasn’t ready until 430 pm. Check out your other hotel options for sure!

Stayed at a very busy 4th of July weekend with World Cup so everywhere was busy. Hit a long line for check in but staff made up for it with friendliness and extended our late checkout for a red eye flight. Hotel had nice amenities and bar downstairs. Close walk to Pikes place market with tons of shops.

Super helpful, kind, and friendly staff. Very clean and beautiful. Good location - short walk to Pikes Market, the ocean, and the tram that takes you straight to the Space Needle.
