Excellent hotel. The room was large and cozy. The spa and swimming book were a bonus. The location is wonderful for walking around Seattle. and great restaurants near by.
-
Beautiful and spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet was lacking for $42 each. Beautiful restaurant though and nice staff.

Check in was great, my room wasn’t ready so I was given a drink coupon and umbrella and made my way outside. The weather was perfect! The reception team members were very friendly and professional and made me feel welcomed. When my room was ready I received a text and my luggage was already placed in my room. The hotel is historic and beautiful! I’m coming back next weekend to use other amenities that I wasn’t able to use this stay. I’m a fan!

Came to go on a cruise for a one night stay- it was great spot to be close to everything but unfortunately did not have a shuttle to the hotel or the cruise terminal and Ubers and Lyfts in the area are very pricey. They do have a heated pool inside which is definitely a nice touch, and the staff were super friendly. Very historic feel and the rooms could use some updated deep cleans but overall was a good stay

my stay was beyond superb. I worked from the library in the lobby for the afternoon, and was offered an amazing upgrade to a corner room with a view- stunning. The wine and spirit selection were tip tier, The Founders Club was swanky and such a fun experience, fresh seafood at Shuckers was delicious, and the steak i ordered for room service was to die for. Such an amazing retreat in the city!

Perfect location to the waterfront. Excellent staff. Quiet. Loved our corner room.

At the entrance right after valet parking, there is a step. While I was talking to the bellman, and moving back one step during the conversation, unfortunately my right leg landed on this uneven surface and immediately I felt pain at medial anterior aspect of my right knee. because I never thought it’s not flat surface. Later I found out, there is no any warning sign at eye level, just a yellow color tape on the step, however when you walk, you are not looking down and backwards, because you facing the hotel. I have to cancel my hiking plans at three national parks because of this injury. Hotel management, please add improvement, so no more guests will be injured again.

Excellent hotel! We took our service dog as well and the staff were so kind and welcoming! We will absolutely be back.

Got upgraded without asking which was a great surprise

Parking was not my favorite!

Breakfast was weak and overpriced, 2 separate mini-buffets that you have to pay for separately. Food wasnt even good/worth the money either. We ate at the restaurant once and skipped it for the rest of our stay. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice. The room had a clogged sink and average room amenities/bedding/etc. The lobby and bar were great and the architecture of the hotel was nice. Staff were kind and helpful.

We loved the pool & hanging out by the lobby/bar!!! We met some new friends from another country!!!
-
The rooms are very small for the price and the "view" room has a small 30 degree ocean peek. Shower is in the tub, low rent. Stay somewhere else in Seattle

We were extremely disappointed with this Fairmont property. We frequently stay at other Fairmont properties and this was by far the least impressive. The rooms were dated and somewhat run down. I would not recommend this location.
-
The hotel is beautiful. The staff were very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. If there was one negative comment it would be the bathtub. It was very high to step into and out of the tub.
-
Overall a great experience from start to finish.
-
Willing to pitch in staff, helping with personal needs.

Lovely hotel in a good location
