Exceptional

The room was clean but it has some issues. For example the shower head was falling out of the wall and the floors were wet when we checked into our room. We were also told we were only aloud one water bottle a day which seemed crazy. But overall it was clean and safe and has water and food for purchase.

Very friendly and very accommodating, best hotel I’ve been in, in a while
-
Beautiful large room with plenty of space for us and all our luggage. Due to its location next to busy roads, there is an almost constant noise of traffic which may interfere with sleep for some. Climbing up the steep hills to 6th Avenue from the waterfront is strenuous.

Didn’t really have time to take advantage of the amenities.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The only "complaint" was walking from the water to the hotel- the hills are extremely steep. Other than that, which can't be helped, we couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotels!

Front desk staff was very nice during check in. Only issue during stay was the refrigerator in the room. It was not cold and I called and had someone take a look. All they told me was that it was on and working and left. I needed the fridge to store medical items and had to find alternative ways since they did not get refrigerator fixed and cold. Other than that stay was good and it was quiet.

It was overall a good place to stay. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Staff was not knowledgeable about places to eat, other than their hotel. Staff were nice and courteous.

We had stayed here back in 2022 and due to a positive previous experience and decided to stay again this year. We were utterly shocked and surprised of how much has changed on the property in terms of service and cleanliness and the value of the room. I am not sure if maybe the hotel is understaffed but I was very disappointed in the service and the quality of my room. The room definitely needed some cleaning and maintenance done and nobody was ever in valet or in the lobby. You had to go hunting to try to find someone who worked there.
-
Bed was terrible. Front desk had to be asked 3 times for towels when the crappy shower head flooded the bathroom, which meant we couldn’t shower until 11pm. The parking garage could not accommodate our SUV due to height restriction.
-
This property was beautiful. The staff was quick, friendly and efficient. The check in process was seamless. Would definitely stay again!
-
The location was nice, and the bed was comfortable The breakfast was the most disappointing as we were informed on checking in that we had a complimentary breakfast, however since my Marriot Number was not applied to our second night, we were turned away at breakfast with two full plates of food in our hands. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
-
Great location, good value for the quality of the room.
-
The only con is the interstate road noise, which was loud even 23 floors up.
-
Room is spacious, was clean, and staff was helpful.
-
No water in the room had to ask for it Carpet and couch felt dirty over all appearance wasn’t to expectation to the value of the room
-
Sixty-six dollars to park a vehicle overnight is insane. If I had known it was going to cost that much, I would’ve gotten a hotel closer to the airport, and used public transportation.
-
Would definitely stay again!

We found the rooms need a thorough cleaning. Also allocated incorrect room on arrival and charged for WiFi. Both were resolved by a trip to reception. Great fitness room which was very well equipped for someone travelling and looking for a workout.
