Once you turn on the bathroom light, all the other lights are tripped. What?! what kind of five star hotel is that?

Really satisfied

Very large rooms and generally good service. The room furnishings and layout were weird. It was a huge room with massive wasted space, while the bed was jammed in a corner and I had to walk sideways to get into bed. There were two small wardrobe closest instead of an actual closet. Racks were too high. There was only ONE small drawer for storage in the whole room. Towels were small and not plush.

Beautiful room. Easy to walk to stadium. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We waited 45 minutes to get a room. We could’ve had a bite to eat but did not want to pay a mandatory 20% on the food.

There was a strong odor in the hallway of my floor. Smelled like stale, wet carpet otherwise beautiful property and will recommend to others. Beautiful room and the bathroom was amazing! Beautiful property honestly

Amazing property with great design, excellent service and perfect location. Room service is always spot on. While the spa delivers a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, the gym allows you to stay on your health journey. Great stay…..a must visit.

Modern design by Phillipe Starck. The room was spacious with floor to ceiling windows and great bay view. It is an upside down hotel. You check in at the 16th floor, where the lounge and restaurant are also located, with rooms on lower floors.

Uh. They overbooked their hotel and moved us to a not so great hotel. No notification at all in advance. Never happened to me before. First and last time i stay at a lotte.

I loved the decor of my room—amazing taste and carefully curated. You can see that the spacious standard room is already outstanding. Also, the bathroom is one of a kind, with a separate toilet and shower, and mirrors everywhere. The restaurant is a great place for drinks and jazz music. Valet works like a glove. The only thing I missed was the spa, because I couldn't schedule a massage there.

Worth every penny

The room was clean and spacious. The ambience at the Charollette restaurant was great, drinks were good, food could improve. Some food items felt salty or oily. The air conditioning and mirrors in the washroom could imrpove.

High quality 4 star hotel

Everything was absolutely great! I loved the location of it, and all of the staff were super friendly!

The staff was absolutely wonderful and the accommodations were perfect, my family, and I recommend this property!
