Amazing !

Amazing hotel!

It’s a unique hotel - encased in a buisness building, the lobby is literally up against the club so it’s super loud and distracting, really stupid place for it up on a upper floor? Also they spare no details to enjoy for their high price , they gave me two small cardboard waters , then didn’t replace them even though I left a $20 dollar a day Maid trip and had a empty refrigerator with nothing in it, so there was no buying a water or coke even, very sparse and 3 star prep

It was a cool unique experience. Great food and drinks as well.

We loved the room design (really good taste), it had coffee and the hotel in general was really of good taste my kids loved it. There is nothing I didn’t like

Came here to stay last minute after flying in. Wasn’t able to find reservation at first. After getting to room we noticed there was only 2 towels so we called down for more towels pillow and water. After waiting over an hour we had to call back in order to get someone to help. They had forgotten us with the shift change. We had a long day of travel and there were 4 of us total. We simply wanted somewhere to lay our heads safely but we’re willing to pay more because of the good reviews and location. I know pillow and towels doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it is when you pay a premium rate you expect premium results in a timely manner.

I order a delivery to my room prior to arrive , I spent three nights and my box arrived night before live , they never know where my box are and FedEx made delivery the day after I arrived , so it looks that they lost it , also they charged me $15 delivery fee for bring the box after all is happened, incredible

Stunning views and a beautiful hotel right in the middle of town Nothing

Great staff, very helpful. Great hotel. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

The hotel was very modern, beds are very comfy - not crazy about all the mirrors and the extensive lighting options - Sometimes, you just want to be able to turn on and off lights! But, overall, beautiful hotel, located in the prime area of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and the water. The staff were very friendly and the valet staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive to our needs.

Exceptional

Highly recommended! Super convenient location ( 15 minutes walk to Pike's Place Market ), Ultra-spacious, modern and clean, quiet, full list of amenities, really comfy beds, friendly service, helpful complimentary chauffeur ride service around downtown. The only complaint was the price of the breakfasts at their restaurant ' Charlotte ' ....with a view! Whopping USD 36 for 2 small slices of baguette size Dungeness crab toast with mayo dress.

Gorgeous property! Artistically breathtaking. The room and amenities supplied were high class and the staff was welcoming, friendly, and kind. We would love to stay longer next time!
