Property was in excellent shape, good clean room, and front desk and valet’s were excellent in customer service. I would stay here again!

Convenient to light rail. Hotel was clean. Room was large and well maintained. Beautiful old building that used to be an office building. Restaurant in the lobby was good but not included. Would stay again.

Everything about this place was awesome except for the parking. If you choose the valet parking it is outrageous!! Had I known that it was that expensive I would’ve chosen a different hotel option. The hotel was beautiful, it was in walking distance of a lot of fun things to do and we had a great time there!

Walking distance to mariners game so was perfect. We also walked to pikes place and there are several food choices around.

We arrived late due to delays at the airport. Fortunately, the front desk staff was able to get us checked -in and to our room. All the room amenities worked and I had a great night's sleep. Checking out was an ease. I highly recommend this hotel and wished I was able to stay here more than one night. It was far better than the hotel I stayed at for the duration of my stay in the Emerald City.

Very very convenient location on Pioneer Square at the Link Light Rail train station directly from the airport & very cheap mode of transport. Room is very clean and lots of space. Staff very friendly & great knowledge of the area.

The staffs knowledge of a the world around them. It was my first time in Seattle, and the gave excellent advice. The questions I asked was met with the precise answers and locations. I even got sick and the staff took care of me like I was one of their own. Thank you The weather was so back and forth.

The location is great! Walkable to the pier, Pike Place, and the rail station. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish there was a pool.
