Crazy expensive parking, however, overall a 10/10 experience! The room was exactly as advertised. The staff, absolutely incredible. The restaurant with the hotel was incredibly convenient with amazing food. The property was within walking distance of nearly everything one would want for a newcomer to the area. Would most certainly stay again

Loved staying here it was close to everything and we got free hot chocolate every day.

The hotel was really nice, clean, and right in the middle of downtown Seattle. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a handicap accessible room with a roll-in shower.. the shower itself could've been a little bigger or wider because the shower chair that we have for our son is wider than the shower, so the chair was hanging out from the shower, but we made it work regardless. If you are traveling in a handicap accessible van like a Ford Transit 350, which we have, parking will be a little difficult. You would have to park in the streets, or if the hotel has an oversized parking available, request that. They offered that to us, since they had one available. Valet parking price is a little steep, but it was worth it to keep it safe from the homeless that were around the area.

Good location. Very expensive. 400 a night and charge for a bottle of water in your room seemed strange. Small room. Desk staff busy with phone. Valet expensive and were working out some bugs. We didn't receive text as stated and woman at desk knew nothing. Was a problem getting our car..For the price, we expected much more..

Our reservation was made in January for a July stay for our family of four. There were no double queens available when we made the reservations, we had to book a king with a pull out couch. When we arrived there were no other rooms available so we were given an accessible room. The shower curtain was too short for an accessible shower so, water spilled all over the bathroom. And we had to request bedding for the pull out sofa. Lastly the pull out couch cushions were hard to sleep. The location of the hotel is great, easy walk to Seattle landmarks-main reason we made reservations here.

Great staff and great location

Love staying here especially when I go to games or big stadium concerts. It’s walking distance to the stadiums and pike place.

Great location! Otherwise a pretty standard hotel experience. Beds were fine. Room was clean. Housekeeping was prompt when we requested pillows and toilet paper. The pull-out couch was about as comfortable as you would expect. Did not have a fitted sheet for the pull-out couch bed. I requested a quiet room and we ended up in the room directly above the bistro, which was a little louder than I would have liked. All that said, I would stay here again if the price is lower than comparable hotels in the area.
