Reviews
-
Parking a little pricey at $45 a night, but beyond that we enjoyed our stay!
-
Staff members were very nice. They allowed us to check in early in one room while waiting for the other to be ready. We definitely will be back if we visit Seattle next time.
-
Great central location, easy walking distance, close to water and amenities.
-
It was quite expensive for such a tiny room. Small window faced an alley/another building. Poor ventilation. Parking was very tight. However, Great location, close to pike place market, waterfront and sports venues. Continental Breakfast was included with some good options
-
we were not impressed. upon entering the front door there was an adult passed out on the sidewalk. we literally had to move around him to enter. the staff at the front desk at checkin was extremely rude, unfriendly and not helpful. for the price we expected a lot more.
-
Breakfast was decent
-
Great location. Continental breakfast was a let down, definitely had better. Someone came to clean our room at 10am and even with the do not disturb sign on the handle, they let themselves in, check-out wasn’t until 11am

Clean, quiet, friendly staff.

Location Room was too small.bed had no blanket. Breakfast was awful. Moved to a hotel which is like a paradise for lot less money. It is a studio apartment . Breakfast is excellent. Staff is incredible
-
The room had everything we needed except space to move around. Our room was very tiny, and we had only enough room to narrowly move around the bed. It was fine for overnight and if you were mostly going to be out. I would not want this room if i were wanting to spend time in the room.

We only have good things to say about this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and really cute. The free breakfast had everything you could expect in a continental breakfast. Parking was free, who does that anymore! And the location is perfect for exploring the waterfront or going to the sports stadiums. We will definitely stay there again!
-
It was delightful from beginning to end .
-
Room was clean, staff were friendly. No parking onsite, parking garages are about a block away.
-
Comfortable bed. Clean. Good location. The building could do with some updating. A bit dated. Could do with some chairs in the foyer where you could sit while you waited for a Taxi.
-
The location is perfect, with numerous restaurants and bars nearby.
-
Room was clean but air conditioning was a window unit that struggled to keep us cool. Beautiful property though!
-
Okay all of them

They also have lockers where you can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, making it very convenient to explore the city. There are water fountains available, the breakfast was good, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The only minor downside was that there was a slight smell in a few areas, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a hotel is in one of the oldest buildings downtown, it is probably very difficult to maintain for its age but they do their best I think. The location is great for getting out and walking the Pioneer Square and wharf area. My only complaint really is that the breakfast area is way too small to accommodate its guests. Only seven or eight small tables available. Also, they really need a second waffle machine to serve its guests adequately. On a slightly humorous note, our tv had no sound out of it and I called for assistance. The front desk said I had no sound because I had a Do Not Disturb sign on my doorknob. The maintenance guy that came to our room could not stop laughing(the problem was with the converter box behind the tv, not my door sign). I love a good laugh…

This hotel is an older hotel in the heart of Seattle. The location is perfect if you want to explore downtown, Pike Place Market, tons of entertainment, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, Piers, Aquarium, etc. Really great location. A little bit old and smelly, but the great staff are working really hard to keep customers satisfied. We got an upgrade to a king-size bedroom. The continental breakfast was in the room beside the lobby. The breakfast lady was busy keeping all guests happy by offering a variety of food choices. The only inconvenience is the parking, which is not on the premises, but the hotel has a good parking rate. The Hotel staff is honest, assertive, and very helpful. Stephanie did magic with our booking and helped us tremendously, but the other staff were extremely helpful and very patient with all customers. ALL-STAR STAFF. I wish I had employees like them.
