Best Western Plus Pioneer Square Hotel Downtown

Great staff. Property is older, which we do like but seemed a bit dark due to carpets and furnishings. OTW, we had an excellent experience.

An older hotel in a historic district. The room was quiet. The breakfast simple but good (waffle maker). Only one type of cold cereal. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were so helpful. We were provided an early check-in and a late checkout to accommodate our cruise and airline schedule. The day staff was great at making reservations for tours and transportation needs. The night staff helped us pre-check-in with our airline. They even provide a computer and printer for the convenience of their guest. No request is too small or large for their attention.

We came in early morning from a cruise. Breakfast was great! The fact that you stored our luggage until check in so we could explore the waterfront was a super bonus. The atmosphere and wood details and old time charm was very welcoming The bed was really hard. I know that some like it that way, some like it soft and some like it just right-- (sounds like Goldie locks and the 3 bears hahaha) For us, the bed was a little too hard and so it wasn't the best night of sleep but the charm of the place still made it worth it. PS-- the bed was ok for me, or I was just super exhausted, so I will definitely book again-- my husband, may stay down the road. hahaha

Beautiful, historic hotel right in the middle of a very cool, bustling part of Seattle. I was a solo female traveler and felt safe and cozy on my overnight stay here. Staff was super kind and helpful, the breakfast was yummy and convenient and the hotel was full of character. Loved it!

This hotel don’t offer a lobby where you can sit down only two desk chair for work in the computers.

I was upgraded to a much nicer room. Thank you. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Extremely clean, provided for everything. Good breakfast. Nothing, I thought it was great.

From ease of entry on arrival. Pleasant and efficient staff. Spotlessly clean. Complimentary tea and coffee machine. Spotless breakfast dining room and excellent staff. Luggage trolley available and excellent location. Walking distance to Ferries Amtrak King street station. Hop on hop off bus outside door and the hotel most beautifully furnished. I recommend this hotel 100%. Staff also altered booking for us to stay in the same room and extra two days due to schedule disruption beyond our control. Good size bathroom and shower. And fridge in room bar size and excellent. Nothing

Nice and well kept on the inside. Location was fairly good. Rates way too high for what you pay for. The breakfast amenity provided was very unimpressive and laughable. Expensive public garages were the only parking available or provided. Lots of homeless people, drugs and trash present around the outside the hotel in surrounding neighborhood.

Centrally located to the historic district and sights. Easy to get everywhere. Clean rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. Stayed there before boarding a family cruise. They made sure our rooms were near each other.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good with good options. Convenient location to so many activities. Love staying here. Stay several times a year.

Awesome location. Easy walk statiums. Cool old building in old part of town, helpful friendly staff. Room was small with no view but very clean with good bed. Small fridge and desk. Area felt safe and good. Across the street from the waterfront. Worked great for us.
