I love everything about this hotel. So clean and staff so friendly and helpful!

Our view from the citizenM was astonishing. We enjoyed watching the Bay's activity every evening.

But clever items abound throughout the main hotel space!

Compact and efficient. Close to everything!

Not as advertised. Shoe box sized room.

Close to pier, very friendly and helpful staff, clean….the only surprise was the size of the room! Worked for me traveling alone but would be tight for 2 especially if you have a lot of luggage. But would definitely stay again if traveling solo.

The room was smaller than we expected. However it was still a great room! Playing with the lights and moods on the iPad was fun. Wish it had a gym and a fan for the bathroom area. Overall, really enjoyed the hotel.

Very comfortable bed. Best location for any events near sports stadiums! Our new go to!

Convenient location, very close to waterfront and ferries, walking distance to Pike Place. Room is small, perfect for single traveler. The automatic curtains did malfunction a few times in my room, which was a bit annoying. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Really fun little hotel and micro room which was neat. Morning breakfast is excellent.

Citizen m was great for the short stay in Seattle. Good location. Staff were super helpful

Parking not easy, hotel should have its own complementary parking , even if guest have to pay

Main issue was the hotel wouldn't store our luggage for us upon checkout. This forced us to get an expensive third party luggage option on short notice (we had a ferry to catch). They said their luggage room was full due to cruise passengers. I've never had a major hotel give this rationale before or not being able to hold our luggage. They also forgot to refresh our towels after we asked them to. Would only stay here again if it was the last option in the area.

Great location, staff was amazing, rooms were clean and efficient. I would definitely stay again
