The Alexis Royal Sonesta was unforgettable. Hotel is located a short distance from every attraction in Seattle, a short 5 to 7 minute walk from the Symphony Light Rail station as well as a short walk to the ferry that takes you to Bainbridge Island and Bremerton. The staff at the was so friendly. Rickey and Brandon were especially friendly and would stay again because of their kindness. A wonderful stay at Alexis Royal Sonesta. Thank you!

This would be a five star overall EXCEPT, when you walk in there is an overwhelming smell of cologne/airfresh. Staff was wonderful!! Could use some TLC.

An absolute gem of a place! The location is stellar and super walkable to the pier. There are lots of restaurants nearby and just a great location … I didn’t even need to rent a car and just took public transportation to get to the main tourist areas. The room was so well designed and comfortable that it was hard to leave. Wanted to call out Brandon who kindly gave us a great welcoming check in with lovely swag for my 9 year old son and a nice unexpected upgrade. My son called him the MVP of Washington!

The hotel is in a great location in the middle of downtown and in walking distance of the ferry terminal, the stadiums and Pike Market. The hotel employees were great; very friendly and very helpful. Our room was great and we really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend it.

They charged us a 25 resort fee for each day but could use 12 of it each day at the restaurant but the restaurant was closed on Sunday and the hotel clerk named Dillon refused to credit it for the one day and said you use it or lose it
