Hotel 1000, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Had a man and a lady walk in my room while using the restroom. Had a lady stuck in a bathroom stall for around 10 minutes yelling for help. Checking in three guys walked in someone's room who was in bed and the entire experience was terribly embarrassing. Roomas I was ensured they would do that and I canceled my other hotel and rental. was supposedly comped but have not seen a refund and said they would comp me another night which they decided was too much. I cancelled my other hotel and now have nothing booked.

Amazing…gushing about our stay on my birthday!!!

We stayed in the Jr Suite and it was fantastic. Great water views, everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Our room was extremely quiet, several sets of curtains for privacy and keeping the room dark, all of the staff was helpful and friendly, and we loved the location. We easily walked to the stadiums for a game one night, and concert the following. Lots of dining options within walking distance, and Pike Place Market is just up the street.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful, from the staff to the rooms. Hotel was clean and rooms are bigger than I expected. Easily accessible to pikes place and the harbor. Definitely staying again when I return

Location was our #1 priority, and this is the perfect place to enjoy everything the waterfront and city has to offer. It was clean, almost like a newly renovated hotel. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. A real gem and very affordable compared to other properties in the area. Only complaint would be they promised via welcome email that they would have champagne and charcutier in the room to celebrate a 60th birthday, and they did not. We called down, and about an hour and a half after we arrived, they did finally bring us champagne, but no glasses and nothing else. It is a very small thing, but disappointing.

We loved how close it was to Pikes place. The valet was convenient and right in the front. The staff were AMAZING! The hotel was clean, neat and luxurious. Me and my family had a great time here! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you :)
