This is listed as a boutique hotel, I just think overall it is a little expensive considering there’s not really a lot of extras or amenities for the price. I paid for a corner room had amazing views, but if you don’t have a street view, your room will face the atrium and at that price with no view your room and property is not worth it. The beds were just okay, I was expecting a really comfy luxury hotel type bed and honestly, the mattress was pretty flat and firm. The pillows were amazing though. Honestly the embassy suites is a block away and is the same price and their beds are more comfy, they provide free continental breakfast with made to order eggs scrambles, and a complementary happy hour drink, I just feel like for the price the popular needs to offer more or lower prices for stay. Pros Very clean, beautiful bathrooms, nice view, very close and walkable ( walked to T mobile for concert and Amtrak station) Cons Expensive, roof top bar was closed due to a private event, beds not very high quality, there are water stations offered on each floor to refill water bottles- the filling stations were really difficult to use/water not cold

The decor was stunning and we enjoyed the modern look and feel. Everything was spotless. We loved the location too! Truly a 10/10 experience.

Beautiful hotel, in a great and convenient location, short walk to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. Roof top bar was fabulous with a wonderful cocktail menu. Will be staying here again.

Property amazing! Great coffee included with stay. Great location for sporting events. Staff, (except for coffee bar staff-who were great) was not really caring or helpful. Lots of yes or no answers- rather than helpful suggestions or ideas. It’s a great property with such potential. Staff need to be more invested in the potential for this amazing property. All in all a positive experience for the location, rooms and ambiance.

They were able to comp our room and give us one free night's stay as well. They called me 30 minutes before checking in that they are no longer able to accommodate our stay due to a plumbing issue and booked us a new room at the Alexis Royal Sonesta, the smallest room they have. We had to have the hotel provide a cot for my son. This is after we drove over 5 hours and then end of the Mariners game.

Overall a positive experience but twice trying to use cash, once at the roof top bar and once in the restaurant they said they could make change.

This is a very nice property with a great vibe and location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car valet was expensive and took some time to retrieve our vehicle.

We had an absolutely terrible experience with the two men at the front desk. They were so extremely rude to us.
