Staff was rude and unhelpful. Shower didn't work. A lot of hidden charges on top of actual room costs

Great experience. Our room was quite small, but other than that, no complaints. We were able to walk most places we wanted to go and the hotel is very close to all public transportation including the light rail.

Great location to walk to local tourist attractions. Walked to public market. wonderful coffee shop that serves breakfast and lunch is right across the street. The parking garage under The Hotel was easy to navigate. The hotel rooms were very clean and nice and had a wonderful view of the skyline.
