The property was very clean and the location was excellent, walkable to the monorail and train as well as restaurants and shops. The service at the on sight restaurant Frolik was less than stellar and the prices high. The $25 daily fee to connect to wifi and use the gym seemed unnecessary.

The location was great and it was nice to have two restaurants onsite and cafes across the street. Staff were very nice and accommodating and rooms were clean and comfortable, great value for our time in Seattle. Nothing.

Really liked the staff. Upgraded our room at no charge. Welcoming and cheerful.

We reserved a room for 4 guests, however, there were only 3 towels in the room. Also, the Shampoo and conditioner were near empty on the first night and was not replenished after room service. Upon checkin, we were not given our breakfast vouchers and a mixup of menus forced us to pay for breakfast on the first morning there.

Good location. Rooms need a remodel. Shower had small amounts of pink and black mold. The size of the junior suite was perfect. You pay for location. Parking was convenient. Staff was very helpful when needed. The furniture was visibly worn and didn’t feel clean. The pull out couch mattress was very thin with painful coils.
