SureStay Hotel by Best Western SeaTac Airport North

Needed an affordable place close to the airport. It was just fine, airport shuttle was great.

Hotel itself was good and pretty quiet. We checked in pretty early and they were able to get us a room no problem. I will say though the room they gave us was not very clean the linens had stains on it. There also was somebody’s belongings in the corner of the room. Probably from the previous guest. The staff was great and very helpful about getting the room cleaned. We had a short trip but if it was longer I probably wouldn’t stay there.

Close to airport, security covering the parking lot and friendly staff

Lobby and bistro were great. Room ... well dirt towels in closet, trash behind the chair in corner.

The staff was friendly. Like the airport shuttle is included.

We wanted to like this place but it is not much more than a crash pad, which is what we used it for with an early flight. The room was not clean with remnants of prior guests and a cheap remodel or upkeep. The worst was the fan/cooling was not working so it was an uncomfortable, sleepless night. Airport noise makes opening the window a problem. The free parking and available shuttle are probably the highlights. I believe there is breakfast but we didn’t stay long enough to sample. Not a dive but very middling.

Our room was not clean in the bathroom. The floor was very dirty. Our bed was very comfortable though

The staff was friendly, attentive, glad to see me. They asked what floor I wanted to be on.! That has NEVER been asked of me. Kudos on that score. The outside of the property could use a little attention. There was litter, but it was late in the day, so the groundskeeper may have left for the day. The bistro had REAL food, REAL salads prepared by the staff instead of those boxed salads pre-made that had been sitting. The food looked and smelled utterly irresistible because it was fresh and real and being prepared by hand. The buns were glossy, the fries were fresh, the sauces, the REAL plates and REAL silverware, and the salad...I cannot say enough about the fresh lettuce and vegetables. There was plenty of seating with floor to ceiling windows so the space was open and inviting. 60% the tables were full of people. The others were clean and waiting. Bistro floor was clean! This is my go-to hotel at Sea-Tac from now on. The room was spotless. No mold, clean sheets, clean bedspread cover (no stains), carpet was vacuumed, window was clean and open-able (a must for me), clean table tops, no crumbs or coffee/water/drink rings. Fridge was stocked and clean. Coffee area was clean, no dust, full of coffee and cream/sugar/stirrers/cups/lids. Lights were clean, no dust (the universal sign of "not my job"), some stains on the chair arm because I think people were using it to reach the a/c unit (I did). The unit is about 7 ft up, just a pinch out of reach for me. Stay here!

Building is very old, but clean.

The plug in our room that powered the rv and microwave was not working. I only stayed 1 night and it wasn’t worth the hassle of having maintenance come to fix it.

Other than computer system went down and we had to wait a while to check in, I was grateful b/c I had to checkout of the dump that was next door to them. This place was clean, conveinent and so close to the train station.

Great stay’

The main areas such as stairs needed to be vacuumed but everything else was wonderful. The staff and location next to the Link station and free 24 hour airport shuttle was the reason we picked this location.

Excellent staff, helpful shuttle drivers, clean rooms, located right across from the airport. I was very happy with my stay.
