The AC in the room wasn’t working.

The beds were clean but the carpet was dirty and food was left in the ice bucket. The upholstered chair had numerous questionable stains in it.

No ironing board in the room, but that was the only thing that would’ve made the stay 5 Stars. 4.5 it shall be.

The staff was friendly but the hotel smelled musty, the linens were stained, and the drywall in the bathroom was peeling. Would not recommend.

The mirror in bathroom looked like someone took bites out of it. The room darkening shade looked like there was mold growing on it. The room did not have AC on when I arrived so it was very hot and stuffy. The shower head sprayed water everywhere. The juice for breakfast, (OJ and Cranberry) was AWFUL! I addressed this when I checked out and it was written down thats it.

The property was clean, however, the carpet smelled mildewed and there were bed bugs in one of the beds. I woke up itching and had red bumps all over my body. I pulled the cover back and there were several bugs.

The breakfast wasn't that great. Eggs were really watery and flavorless. Coffee wasn't good either. It was definitely worth what I paid. Nicer than I had expected too. I would definitely stay here again when I travel back into the area.

The room smells closed in wet. Like it needs to air out. The restroom had sink damage and they just threw clear calking over it so it looked really gross. Definitely time to update and do a deep cleaning. The breakfast was simple eggs sausage the waffle…

It’s too dirty. The bathtub is modding, bathroom door is gross, has dried up dirty spots and doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned. Carpet has a lot of dirty spots. Counters and see faces are dusty. Microwave is sticky. Overall I feel like there’s no clean other than changing bed sheets. Which makes me doubt if they are actually clean.

Wasn’t able to watch tv at all.Picture was in and out, no sound or blank period. Exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like it was coming apart. Shower water was like bullets coming out which hurt my skin. Talked to front desk about the problems but on return to room later nothing changed!

Pool was dirty. Exercise room closed. Bathroom showed major signs of wear and shower rod was installed wrong. Shower curtain would not close all the way. Carpet was dirty. Weird smell in the hallway. Only thing decent was breakfast. Waffles, egg omlets.and bacon in the morning but no day to day variation.

The hotel reeks of mildew and there was mold spots everywhere in the hallway ceiling. Toilet has issues flushing and the comforter had yellow bleach spots all over it! There were pincher bugs coming out of ac unit. I expected better from a Comfort inn!

Traffic was horrible at the location, I didn't eat breakfast because at the moment they were out of eggs so just grabbed coffee. The towels in our room were all wet and dirty, and there was urine in the toilet like someone had been in there and used it. There was no toiletries. Our bed sheets looked used and not fresh the ironing board was broke. And we reported it to a staff member we got fresh towels but no fresh bedsheets.
