The only thing I can say is it was close to my job. Hotel is in need of renovation...my bathroom had the ceiling failing in withing the shower. The shower rod was falling down and shower curtain could not be used. Breakfast selection was sad...some equipment, ie the pancake maker was out of order. Selections for food was sad..in fact out of stock on some items. Very disappointing. I was on the first floor and the noise was terrible. Evidently they were cleaning the floors during the night and kept me awake.

The night we arrived the room smelt like mold bad me and the kids could not tolerate it and then they moved us to another room the AC stopped working we told them they said they could move us again but we were exhausted from the family event with tiny babies I told her it was to much to keep moving so we slept with no AC the second night we told them about a refund they said they couldn’t do nothing because it was a third party we booked through.

I didn’t have a problem with the staff The amenities was worn and very used definitely need a upgrade Room was clean yet didn’t smell clean at all Towels had stains on them as well as the bed feel like they was sticky and it was trash on it like sand The ac was blowing very weak room was kinda hot whole time in my stay

Room lights, and they don't have fresh water during the breakfast, you need to go to the gym to get it.

We checked in late and were only staying for about 10 hours. Went into our room and within 5 minutes found a roach in our bathtub. Room had a refrigerator, but no freezing element. No safe in the room. Like the room, hotel seemed dirty and upkeep poor. In the morning, someone dropped a plate of food in front of the elevator. An hour later, it was still there. The non gender washroom on the first floor had no locking element. No lock at all. And when we told the desk clerk about the cockroach, the only response we got was, "Gee, sorry."
