Days Inn by Wyndham Seguin TX

I was honestly misled by the pictures of the facility online, and I was highly upset by the quality of the faucets on the bathtub, they were old and rusted and hard to turn I. Also, have a picture of a centipede of some type with stingers on it that stung my granddaughter, while in bed and killed another one on the floor I have pictures of that, I was honestly disappointed.

Breakfast wasn't that good. The waffle maker didn't cook the batter all the way. We made the waffles and took it on the go, but we couldn't even eat it due to it being raw. Front desk personnel were very helpful and always made sure we didn't need anything else. They did an excellent job on helping us with the people next door. Their dog kept on barking and they did go to the room to talk to the people to keep the noise down.

Need my refund this unfair I pay for a room that wasn’t given to me at all

The room and staff were great had no problems, one thing I would say needs work is breakfast there wasnt much variety. Just waffles, toast, muffins, and cereal. No eggs, fruits, or bacon. Mostly carbs. Not very healthy. Also the room where breakfast was served was very warm.

Decent for one nights stay.

Off first glance you may say ehh, don't know about this one but upon entering your room you will be happy you stayed. Building is older but they keep their rooms spotless. For a one night stay it was perfect.

The room was decent.The property was decent, but they did have a lot of cattle egrate out there, and bird poop everywhere people were running over the babies. My refrigerator wasn't working, and it took two days before they got me another one. I booked for two weeks. I had to leave a week early and they would not refund my money and hotels.com. could not get my money back. So I've been charged $1450 for 1 week and 1 day stay plus a fee for checking out early. I would have been fine with a small fee for checking out early but not being charged for the 5 days I wasn't there. I will never use a days inn again nor will I use hotels.com again. I asked the gentleman up front if I were to check out early would I get a refrun and he told me that it would be up to hotels.com. or Expedia, because that was who I booked through, but apparently nobody was going to give me a refund because the agent for hotels.com told me that the hotel wouldn't give me a refund. Good luck 👍

Housekeeping was nice. Property shows wear and tear but not sure why it is not maintained. It is privately owned. Also the pool seemed to be the gathering spot till 239am.

The room clean but the bathroom felt like it could’ve been cleaned a little better. Overall good stay for one night. Enjoyed the breakfast options even though the waffle mix was running low at 0730.

Breakfast was just toast and coffee, room was clean.

Staff is always very welcoming and nice.

I fell off my motorcycle as I was leaving due to excess bird poop and a slight rain mist on the driveway ramp, several people driving by help me get up and get up my bike, I thought about suing because if the driveway entrance would off been clean as it should, nothing would have happened, other people complained as well that the driveway was too slippery even for cars, thank God nothing happened to me just a bruised shoulder, and I don't believe in doing other people bad, just get rid of the birds and clean the driveway please!!!

Location was decent. Near a restaurant and gas station. Shower didn't work that well It was only hot water. no cold water and it was partially broken. The pool was not available at all and their breakfast really was kind of scarce for options and it wasn't a very good variety. Lots of potholes.

It was clean for an older motel. Shower could use some work and bring your kwn pillows. The pillows provided are lumpy and horrible.

Room and staff excellent except the breakfast, was so scarce and poor in items.
