Bed springs noisy just sitting the bed , floor coming off and also noisy and uneven. Poor maintenance of the building.

The front desk person was a delight, which started the stay off beautifully! Super comfortable beds and everything else was wonderful too! I recommend!

Breakfast was terrible. No milk. Fritatas were cold and dry. Sausage patties were thin and dried out. Room furnishings were sparce and non functional for the most part.

The best thing was: At check in I was NOT ASKED for an extra $50 for "incidentals" which the Hampton in Lufkin did and I have yet to get my money back.

Very Good sized room, Place was clean , breakfast had many options and was prepared very good. Close to shopping. and other major areas and attractions.

Clean and comfy Pool was kind of dirty. But I had my husband clean it up for kids to use.

Loves that itbhad restaurants in walking distance. Dutch bros coffee is right in front, IHOP & Applebee's on the side and chillis all within walking distance. Love the location will definitely go again. Coffee was cold, even at breakfast tome coffee wasn't hot I had to microwave it to have a decent hot coffee at breakfast. Also mi room had the pool view & i couldn't change it because hotel was sold out.
