Room was clean. Staff great and helpful. Breakfast was hot. I was amazed by the kitchen. Will stay there again on our next trip. The pool was super clean.

Filthy, mold in the bathroom, hotel not maintained at all.

My stay here was genuinely unpleasant from start to finish. The bed and the pillows were horrible, making it impossible to get any decent sleep. Things didn't get any better around the room: the bathroom was dirty, and the sofa bed was in a similarly unclean condition when we went to use it. Basic cleanliness and comfort are the bare minimum you expect from a hotel, and this place failed completely on both fronts. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I booked a king suite w a sofa bed option. We received a room with a king and double bed. I asked if the dbl bed could be removed and was told no, but they would change us to another room. We’d already unloaded, tired and didn’t want to hassle with it. So we kept the room. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable, beds made sloppily and room not thoroughly dusted. The tube surround caulking was moldy, the toilet had some unpleasant stains; all in all the hotel really needs interior renovations and tech upgrades. Housekeeping could use better oversight and training. The shining star was the breakfast- delicious, fresh and well presented.

Also, most rooms I’ve stayed in lately smell musty and also overly chemical. That was not the case here. The room smelled and looked clean and the ac kept the room very comfortable
