Great location, very clean, spacious room and a very nice staff. Breakfast was, not bad, but just ok.

Didn't stay there and still got charged for a room. Booking company didn't cancel reservation and got charged full price as a "no show". Shady business practice.

Was a nice location and was clean- the family set up room was very nice for my family (16,12,10,6) The wall were so thin I heard some one texting (while on silent) buzzing alllllllll night long- the couple next to us set several phone alarms all night and o could hear them like they were on my phone. The couple above us argued all night until 2:30 am and we could hear them loud as day. I’ve stayed at lots of hotels and never, not once, could hear text buzzes so clearly it woke me up all night! Please get some insulation!!!

It’s a typical hotel. Nothing extra ordinary. Breakfast eggs are not real food. Scary.

We were really happy with the hotel. Our room was very clean and was bigger than average for a 2 queen bedroom. Staff we extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lot of options and was actually really good bacon and eggs. Very very happy with stay. Creamer container needs to be replaced wasnt working properly as it was stuck shut and had to mess with it to get it open.

Rooms were extremely clean, beds were very comfortable and breakfast was included. Also, it was a really good Location close to everything in Seward.

The location, room and breakfast were all very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the issue we did have and while they didn't completely resolve it they did make an effort and made it better. The water pressure and shower weren't great. The biggest issue was how well you could hear through the walls and ceiling. It sounded like the family above us was playing a soccer game in their room and continuously dropping weights or more likely kids jumping off beds. They staff did respond several times which helped but I think part of the issues is the design of the building.

The hotel room was clean and in a super convenient location for our boat tour. We really enjoyed the breakfast (seemed nicer than the typical hotel breakfast with the Chobani greek yogurt, belgian waffles, and sausage being standouts). Would definitely stay again They don't provide conditioner by default so I had to go downstairs to request some. They did provide it upon request though

The location was excellent. Only a block or two from the Kenai Fjords Visitor Center in Seward as nd kitty corner from the shuttle to the park. Also, 100 feet from the free shuttle to the historic downtown Seward. Staff were good. The rooms are terrific - spacious, clean, thoughtful decor reflecting the glacial nature of the park, nice touches like a nice long bench for luggage, coat hooks, an open closet, a long vanity in the bathroom and a spacious walk-in shower. Room was bright and airy with a blackout shade behind the sheets. The breakfast was ok. Eggs were usually cold and the oatmeal was instant only. There were apples & oranges, pancakes, bacon or sausage, bagels and pastries. Nothing scrumptious bit it easy something to eat.

Convenient location to train and cruise ship terminal. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. Bags were delivered directly from the Tran to the hotel and then from the hotel to the cruise ship. Very much appreciated that.

Good location, staff and good room size Breakfast could have been more, not much vegetarian or vegan options. Could have added oatmeal, just plain scrambled eggs or something like that.
