The Vue

It was a lovely clean space with lots of light. The shared kitchen was awesome! Close to everything. I would recommend The Vue!

Clean, well organized Nothing

It was also centrally located, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Sealife Center is also only a few blocks away. If we come back to Seward, we’ll definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This was a great place to stay. There is a shared kitchen between all of apartments. Breakfast is supplied and the fridge has lots of goodies to enjoy. We were in the upstairs apartment and had wonderful views of the fjord and surrounding mountains. It is handily located for local bars and restaurants.

Unique setup sharing a very nice, well stocked kitchen with other tenants. The views were great, location was convenient. Privacy was a concern being open to the entry hall.

The host was very helpful and responsive quickly.

Loved its location plus the combination of price and quality was top notch. Only possible negative is if you have noisy guest upstairs. The guest upstairs during my stay were civil so I didn’t have any issues. That could happen anywhere.

Location was great, it’s new and modern which was nice since most other options were older places. The upstairs unit had stunning views of the mountains and Resurrection Bay, rooms were great sized. They provided extra blankets, plenty of towels and robes which was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and each room also included a box fan which we used for white noise. The kitchen was well stocked and close by so that was nice. The upstairs has no door that separates it from the entrance, other room and kitchen. That was weird honestly because the stairs leads to an open loft that can’t be secured. So when you leave for the day everything needs to be put in the bedrooms which does have a lock. A door could be put in which would make the upstairs feel safe and actually private. We had no issues with other guests but still anyone could walk upstairs at anytime. I did not like that.

No staff ever appeared or spoke to us. We were totally on our own. The only problem was needing an extra blanket with no one to ask.

Property was modern, nice and clean! I would definitely recommend staying at the Vue if you are in Seward!

Ideally located for what I was looking for. Ressurect Art coffee house is right across the street and is my favorite coffee house in Seward. I wanted to come to Seward to relax and this room allowed me to do that. The Vue was clean and cozy which is exactly what I needed for an overnight stay in Seward. Nothing. It was perfect for my stay.

Conveniently located Just very small living room and uncomfortable futon. Trying to to watch tv was too difficult.

A bright, clean and modern space The shared kitchen would be perfect for families. We enjoyed coffee and oatmeal in our room. The staff was quick to address my questions. No complaints at all.

Unfortunately, I have some physical issues. The couch in the unit made things a little worse during my stay.

Great place, great location!

The East room and central kitchen area available to me were ideal for my needs. When something wasn't quite right, the host very quickly took my text feedback and requests seriously and then remedied things immediately. Everyone was genuinely interested in my comfortable stay at the Vue. Great teamwork! Sound in the central area did indeed carry into my private room. Despite signs and clearly described quiet time between the hrs of 10pm and 7am, sometimes morning guest voices woke me up. I don't believe that there is any easy solution to this, as long as guests forget to be considerate and monitor their voice volume.

There were muffins in the kitchen for breakfast. Unfortunately, they disappeared too quickly! :) There were other breakfast options and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. We couldn't get the coffee grinder to work.

Location, cleanliness, comfy. Extra bed is on entrace way.

The facilities were very comfortable and clean. It was a quiet and relaxing place. It was located in a nice neighborhood and was within walking distance to the sea life center, waterfront, shopping and restaurants. I will definitely check for availability if I make it back to Seward. N/a
