Sonesta ES Suites Cincinnati - Sharonville East

The place was dirty and smelled like smoke.

I prefer the other location less than 5 minutes from here .

We had a nice time. Our room was very nice had a kitchen area with dishes supplied and dishwasher. Place was nice only complaints would be small pool, outside hot tub not open (only one they have is outside) and free breakfast was packaged items but that was ok just think it should be advertised as such. But we will definitely visit again.

The bathroom smelled like sweat and mildew. There was all kinds of stuff on the floor next to the bed. There was some type of food on the couch and the couch smelled like sweat pretty bad and the floors was so sticky my shoes kept sticking to them.

Poor customer service had to be moved due to dirty bath tub towels was taken and not replaced with clean towels

Room was okay, it was "clean" but outstanding clean. Size was good, perfect for our family. Biggest negative was breakfast. Everything was empty most of the time and on our last morning EVERYTHING was covered in flies......brown stuff was coming out of the apple juice machine...It was very gross...

I've stayed at other Sonesta locations, this is my least favorite. It's kind of run down, needs some updates. Only some of the rooms have full kitchens, I booked a King room, that did NOT have a kitchen, yet a small fridge and microwave. I wouldn't stay at this location again.

Well kept, comfortable beds, and the staff were very nice. I would consider them again the next time I’m in the area.

Great outdoor pool and leisure patio area that is well landscaped.

I had a nice stay at your property

The room was supposed to be ready at 4 o’clock. I got there at 4:30 and it still wasn’t ready. Had to wait another 20 minutes and the hallways were really dirty dingy and scary. The elevator was filthy and hot and the property was a little overgrown here and there and it just felt very hot like nobody wanted to put the air conditioner on.

Fridge, microwave was a big help. Ac worked fine.

Decent place. I wasn’t aware until I got there that they have rooms that don’t have the kitchenette.

Smell was bad. Smelled like weed on the first floor, then smelled like curry on the 3rd floor where we were staying. We were a group of high school kids and felt unsafe at times walking into the property. Showers were cold in the room. Room temp was never regulated, it was either really hot or really cold.

The pool was nice. Breakfast was good. The hallway smell weird. The room was ok for clean. The room was good size.

Our stay there was pleasant. The next time we visit we will stay there again

The room was not cleaned very good. no coffee pot in the room. The follow guest that stayed next door were very loud until 4am.

We've stayed here about 3 times and each experience has been pleasant. We did have to move rooms due to the pullout bed however, the staff was super helpful and relocated us to a bigger room and it was nice 🙂 definitely comfortable, when traveling as a family of four 💛
