Sonesta ES Suites Cincinnati - Sharonville East

The lobby area was very comfortable and accommodating while the room was beyond our expectations with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised to learn Sonesta ES Suites had a breakfast. There were quite a few options and it was a good way to start the day. While getting settled in our room, we noticed almost all of the flatware was missing. There was only one fork and one knife although it wasn't an issue for us since we travel with our own flatware. The only negative that stood out was the carpeting in the hallways. It's dark, very dated and should be replaced.

The staff was very helpful, and the room was clean enough. The grounds can use a little bit of updating, and I wish my room had been a full suite because I believe that’s what I ordered and paid for, but the room that we had was sufficient. I do think that the cleaning staff could do a little bit better, but overall the stay was nice. Also, I stay at a lot of hotels and a lot of them advertise breakfast, but this would actually provide it.

I did not feel safe with all the door that was in my room. I was told that it was normal to have 6 doors in the room. also, people Lottering around outside at that side door with me entering on that side and exiting on that side because that is where I parked at to get to my room.

It was a nice property and place.The only thing was the rooms were not cleaned everyday and when they were they just broomed and mopped but that wasn't very thorough

Upon checking out I noticed...

Their bathtub and shower could use a better cleaning. This is the only issue I've had here after multiple stays.

Great location and helpful staff Hallway smelled like weed for the entire weekend. The carpet was dirty and loose. The room was smokey and had burn marks in several spots. There were outlets hanging out of the wall.

The stay was horrible, the staff person was rude with a bad attitude, I had a suite room , i spotted 2 roaches, and killed 2 spiders. I woke up from a nap feeling like something bit me and it was a bed bug
