Staff was really nice and helpful

Nothing Outside kids were very loud, people sitting on chairs in the middle of parking lot.

Price Room smelled like smoke, dead bugs on bathroom door, floor and kitchen walls. Linen smelled and carpet was old and morn out, flooring coming up in bathroom. Did not even want to shower.

Came in for check in, no one was at the front desk. After the person came 15 mins later he gave me a room key to a room that was being used by someone else. I walked into someone else in the room. I came back down to get another room. And the second room was dirty with a moldy bathroom. The place was filthy and dirty. Moldy bathroom and smelled like smoke and cigarettes.

Location was great Pulled up to place and immediately didn't feel safe. Police in the parking lot, a bunch of undesirables loiteriing around. Wanted to give the benefit of a doubt and check out the room. Just felt dirty. Bed looked smaller than a queen and no wifi.

Also, I hate that there is no one in the office if I arrive after 10pm.

This hotel only gave you bare minimal. Toilet paper, very small bar of soap. 2 towel and 2 wash cloths, no ventilation. That it. If you need anything you must go to front desk and ask for it.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen. There were little beetles that flew into our drink glasses. The very small round toilet seat did not fit the elongated toilet. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. One of the kitchen chairs was broken (like, really broken). The staff respectfully acknowledged the problems. Next time we look for a hotel, we’ll read the reviews more carefully before we make the reservation.

We have stayed at other extended stay and we rate it as acceptable. The toilet has a malfunctioning flush. The caulking in the bathroom is half hazzardly done. The air vent is rusty

We needed a first floor room .. but did not get it.. got 2nd floor and 2 flights of stairs No first floor room's available

The quality of the furniture isn't good. Very cheap. I paid for a king bed but when I got there it wasn't available.

There were roaches everywhere. Babies and adults. I complained to staff, but they were not phased in the least and would not give a refund. I need to talk to Expedia about this. I left a day early and lost money as it was prepaid. There was even a roach in my bag when I got home.

Filthy, disgusting I literally checked out an hour after. My room wreaked of smoke and everything was covered in filthy. Bugs were dead on the floor

Exterior looks ok but the room was gross, old, and dirty. Very run -down. No garbage can in the room. Staff unfriendly. People hanging outside in lawn chairs smoking and drinking. Do not stay here.

had a terrible experience at this hotel. The customer service was awful when I raised multiple issues, they just said they had no other rooms available. The toilet wouldn’t flush, and the lights kept turning off automatically every two hours. Even the TV kept shutting down every hour. I would not stay here again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
