The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful, but she appeared to be the only employee working and was clearly overwhelmed. When we entered our room, we immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odor. We left for dinner hoping it would air out, but when we returned we started noticing how dirty the room really was. There were used pimple patches on the nightstand, chips on top of the bedframe, and the room smelled terrible. The floors were sticky, and after my daughter showered, we used the bath mat to wipe up some water. It turned black from the dirt on the floor. The pullout sofa had no bedding, and the room phone didn't even have a dial tone, so I couldn't call the front desk. Neither TV worked either. When I spoke with the front desk, I was told the TVs couldn't be addressed until housekeeping arrived the next morning, which made it seem like this wasn't a new issue. I genuinely felt bad for the front desk associate because she was polite and doing the best she could without adequate support. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable. This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms we've stayed in, and we won't be returning to this location.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Very well stocked breakfast area if you desire eating at the hotel. Overall a great place to stay !

Stayed one night with my family. Beds werent that soft. It was clean except the mildew on the caulking in the shower area. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and fridge froze everything we had including my medicine which had to be replaced.

The staff was very polite and the beds were comfortable. There was no "night light" in the bathroom. The light automatically shuts off after a while. My husband has trouble with mobility and I had to get up and turn the light on for him. A "night light" would have been nice!

Very unclean hotel - mainly in common areas. The room was not as bad. Swastika etched into elevator panel.

The room was very clean, linens were white and clean, but pillows were horrible and lumpy. Pictures were definitely from when the hotel was first built and it's much more run down now. However, you get what you pay for so at this price range, it was adequate, clean and safe. Lady at check in was not very helpful to me or the guests checking in before me but the lady in the morning was delightful. Breakfast was good. Vending machine were empty, you have to buy from the front desk. Lots of noise from traffic. Coffee maker is in the bathroom which is a really bad idea, I didn't use it.

We checked in around midnight and none of our TVs worked. The night manager couldn’t get them to work. So it was the next afternoon before any of our TVs worked. Disappointing after driving 6 hours to discover no TV.

It was adequate. Nothing special. We had to wait for our room to be cleaned when we arrived at 2:45. Check in was at 3:00 so that was okay, but I think they hurried and didn’t quite do as good a job. The view from our window, was a grown up swamp!

Very cordial staff. Bathroom sink was clogged and some old, cracked, damaged areas around tub had something black like mold or mildew. Drain was a little slow in tub. Toilets also very low to floor. All in all a very quiet stay, comfortable beds, good ac and airflow, good space in room. Enjoyed.
