The door to the room needed repairing, stuck bad closing. Bathroom walls and baseboards in disrepair too.

The staff was so helpful and really went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. The location is perfect, close to everything, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping. The room was very clean, bed was comfy. The breakfast was decent. Would definitely recommend

Heated indoor pool. Room was very clean and large. They wanted a $150 deposit because I booked with a third party.

Stayed for over a week. Ice machine on our floor never worked. Staff didn't seem to care too much about it. They were aware that it was broke but said nothing about it getting fixed. Parts of the property were in bad shape. Wall and ceiling by the pool were very water damaged. The room itself was in pretty good shape. Had the grand kids stay a couple of nights. the staff was very helpful for that. Would maybe stay again for a night or two. But never again long term.

Absolutely fantastic price for this hotel. We stayed here for a baseball tournament and the room was awesome for our needs (2 queens, a sofa, a desk, honestly tons of space). The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the pool was clean, and breakfast was delicious. Great bargain and great location. Nothing. Great hotel.

Room was ok, the pull out bed not good , rusty mattress and frame, the whole hotel had a smell like been flooded, the staff was super nice but proberty needs work.

Next to a hospital. Sewer smell from plumbing. No manager on site. Check in person raw. Computer in lobby wouldn't connect to internet. Light turned on with motion. Stain on rug.

The hotel room was clean & comfortable. It suited our purpose for a one night stay. The hotel staff was friendly and provided great service.Notably was Maurice at the front desk he responded quickly with great customer service. He exceeded my expectations. Thank you

The hotel staff member that checked us in was nice. We were only in our room for about 3 hours before deciding to check out of Room 206 at midnight after noticing several roaches. I made staff aware of why we were checking out early, there wasn't even an offer to put us in another room, No refund or anything was simply told ok a note would be made for the general manager.
